Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

Just got a new 2025 cx5 preffered and Stephen Hasher my salesman was outstanding. No pressure and helped me with my decision. John the service manager,Kasey at finance,Micheal S.and Rich Barry the general manager exceeded my expectations. At 73 years old I realize everyone's needs and experience in the car buying process is totally different but do yourself a favor and give this dealership(palasades maxda) a chance before you sign anywhere else and I'm sure you'll thank them and they will definitely impress you as I was. Great car. Radar guide cruise control is extremely annoying, so is the beeping for everything that you cant shut off. Its slow as xxxx, but it is a soccer mom car. Super fuel efficient and reliable... except for the water pump that seems to go out every 20k miles but its covered to 200k. Other than that, haven't had a single issue with it. Great commuter car. Good for road trips but back seat was mad for small children. Im 6,0 and cannot fit unless the person in the front has their knees in the dashboard

Bringing my 2017 Mazda CX-3 to Mastria Mazda was a wonderful experience as it was my first time having to bring my vehicle in due to a recall on it. The staff there at the desk and the crew in the garage were absolutely wonderful while I hung out at the dealership relaxing watching tv. I absolutely loved the video of the overall health of my vehicle sent to me through the mechanic in the garage servicing my vehicle and for me it was exactly what I was looking for was the status of where I stood of what needs to be replaced for parts in the near future. I’m at peace now knowing the overall health of my vehicle and feel in great hands when I’m at my dealership. Any questions I have they have the answers always. Setting up the appointments online through their website is my favorite too as I can pick the day and time that works for me and my crazy busy schedule. I’m sad my Mazda is 9 years old, but Mastria Mazda has me every step of the way as my car ages. Shout Out To All Of You As Your All Amazing for every role you fill in at this dealership. Drives very smoothly. Very good acceleration. Quick maneuverability. Good on gas mileage. Comfortable interior, but front seats could be slightly wider. Audio system is very good. The "hands free" setup is good but could be improved, as it does require a hand to use and can be mildly distracting until one gets used to using it.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I had a good car buying experience with Chase. He explained everything clearly and we were able to negotiate a good price. The process moved along nicely and I left with a new car! He continues to be helpful with questions that arise.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

The Hertz website gives you the full price of the car (fees and taxes included) which helped me compare the cost of cars at other dealerships. Jim at Hertz car sales was straightforward, honest, and fun to talk to. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. A check engine light appeared on my car a day after purchasing it and their mechanic worked diligently to fix it. Overall, I highly recommend buying from them. Their listed prices may seem more expensive but their full prices are competitive as they charge lower fees than other dealerships.
