I had an excellent experience at Tuttle Click Mazda in Irvine thanks to Marta Sullivan and Jeremy Wang. Marta was attentive from the start, quickly understood what I was looking for, and made the process smooth and stress free. After I completed the purchase, she stayed with me to go over the CX-50 Hybrid’s features, showed me how to use the infotainment system, paired my phone, and set up the MyMazda app so I could take full advantage of the car. Jeremy, the sales finance manager, was equally impressive. He was patient, clear, and thorough in explaining the financing process, taking the time to answer every question without rushing. His professionalism and approachable manner made the paperwork feel easy. Both Marta and Jeremy made this one of the best car buying experiences I have had and I would gladly recommend them to others.

Top notch Service department. The team that work at Courtesy Mazda knows what customer service is, have great communication skills, and in my situation of having week long mechanical service gave me an awesome complimentary MX5 to drive. The service writer's and manager were both transparent in their process and knew what each other were doing. They got my 2016 Mazda 3 after it sat for 25 days at Caliber Collision collecting snow. They got the mechanical portion done in a timely manner and got me driving my car within a week of inspection, at a lower cost than Caliber was trying to get out of me. I could not be happier with how I was taken care of at Courtesy Mazda. I was told that there is new management in the dealership so I think this is how it is going to be.

Today I purchased a cx 9 from Norman. He was very helpful friendly patient and understanding. He helped me find the right fit for me. I have been taking my car to Tuttle click Mazda Irvine for a couple of years. I always leave a satisfied customer. They always send me a short video where they go over everything they checked. I trust them that they won’t try to fix something that does not need to be fixed. They are the best!

I went to Momentum hoping to find a new car and left with exactly what I was looking for a 2019 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring Reserve in Snowflake White Pearl Mica two tone gray and black interior. Zacc was very helpful and really knows his stuff. When I left I knew almost everything there was to operate my new ride. I will certainly send my friends and family and have them to ask for Zacc!!!

I was very impressed with the quick response I received from both Jeff Meadows and Matt Borsecnik when I had inquired about the CX-5 SUV.
