I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Wesley Chapel Nissan took remarkably good care of me before my trip back to California. Their Service Department was clean, their Associates kind and attentive. And the showroom was alive with a good vibe. Everyone had a pep in their step. I attribute all of this to good leadership. I love my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to absolutely no end! I have a blast driving it, and it is my first car. I have the Touring FWD model, but it does NOT skimp out on features, it has blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, back-up camera, Automatic Emergency Braking, airbags EVERYWHERE, and whole plethora of other safety features. It is very quick, reliable, and fun to drive. My only complaint is there is not much in the way of cabin storage. But it is not a deal breaker, since the trunk of the car has a large cargo area, and lots of room in the spare tire area. It has an amazing Bose speaker system and I was given this car for my birth day at about 30k miles, but it was purchased new. I have FWD (Front wheel drive) but it still does amazing in conditions like rain, and minor snow. It is also the only car from this segment that placed a good rating on the IIHS Crash Test. It is often on par with luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes but having the advantage of being half the cost and Japanese so it lasts forever and also since it's not German, the repairs won't cost a house mortgage. However, if you get a 2018, make sure you get an updated Navigation SD Card. I cannot recommend this car enough, it is perfect in nearly everyway. I am now a loyal Mazda customer, and will always have a Mazda in my garage, I trust them more than any other automaker. Perks: Large backseat (I am 6'1 and can for the most part fit comfortably in the back) Fun to drive Fuel efficient Safety Feature galore Reliable and cheap to maintain Excellent use of space Cons: If I had to choose, not as much cabin storage as I want, but I want more than the average person.

The 2 times I went in there, no one was there to help me. The cars I requested to test drive 1 had to be jumped and then we drove to the gas station to give it some gas. The people I felt with we very nice unfortunately they didn’t seem interested in selling me a vehicle. For cars salesmen they were not very hungry.

We looked at Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Mazda and selected the Mazda CX-5. Honda and Toyota have priced themselves out of the middle-class budget, and Nissan’s Achilles Heel is their very brittle CVT transmission. Mazda is by far the best-looking, has AWD as standard equipment (a $1,200 to $1,500 option on other brands), easy-to-read gauges and dash, nice sound system, soft-touch dash and doors usually found only on “premium” brands, the best price, and the most beautiful factory color on the road: Soul Red. Our family has owned vehicles from all 5 companies, and have been totally happy with our problem-free CX-3. Anyone looking to buy a compact crossover should consider the CX-5.

I have no complaints. Service was relatively fast, and all the employees were great. Due to the circumstances I had my car towed to this location. I don?t like going to dealerships, but I?m glad I ended up at this one.

I bought my 2023 CX-5 Premium Plus back in March and haven’t regretted my choice since. I love this car! Took awhile to acclimate to the infotainment selection dial, but now that I have, it’s easy to use. The interior design and component selection are impeccable. The handling and acceleration (for a 4 cylinder) are also very impressive. Only con is the limited cargo space.

I have bought several vehicles from them. I am a buyer who has researched trade in values and financing options and who comes in with specific demands. I demand to be given a specific amount for my trade in, I demand a specific monthly payment. When they come to me with lower trade in value and higher payment I simply say no. They continue to work with me and eventually acquiese to my demands. They are easy to work with where other dealers don’t like my approach. I can’t see me using any other dealer.

We have owned our 2022 CX-5 Turbo for 10 moths and it is a great vehicle. Our previous SUV was an Acura RDX Advance. It too was great but this Mazda is of a higher quality and $10-$15,000 less when purchased new. Every once in a while the doors don’t lock when I walk away (I have it set up to do so) and that is the only issue I have had in 10 months and 10,000 miles. I highly recommend any Mazda product. We also own a ‘21 Miata RF, have owned several Miatas along with a Mazda6 Signature and a CX-9 Grand Touring. All have been great vehicles.

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX-5 while actually shopping for a Nissan Rogue. I Purchased from a Nissan dealership which I'll never do again if I ever purchase another Mazda. The vehicle was listed for $23,899.00 with 23,633 miles. Love the power and over all handling of the vehicle. The Machine Gray Metallic color is awesome as well.. Read alot of good things about the CX-5 as well as some horror stories. To soon to tell with just owning it a little over a month but hoping for the best time will tell..

Nora was fantastic, everyone we came into contact with was very easy to deal with. The car was prepped and ready to pick up. Overall Subaru of North Tampa did a great job. My wife and I enjoyed meeting Nora, we will be stopping by in May for a visit.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Very comfortable, drives great, awful entertainment system. Instead of touch screen there is a dial you turn to select radio, Waze, basically everything for screen. It's difficult. Dial doesn't move smoothly and you wind up looking down and giving so much attention, you can get in an accident. If your not a person to use different apps in car then it's great otherwise get a vehicle with touch screen.

Have had our 2022 for 8 months now. It's been great, the fit/finish and ride are superior, IMHO, then my previous CRV and Rav4 vehicles. The only thing I would like to see is a touch screen entertainment center rather then the manual knob. The interior is well laid out with quality accents, feel and quiet, again far superior to our previous SUVs. So far it's been mechanically sound with no issues and we are enjoying it very much.

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

The CX5 is a great vehicle for a great price!! I find this SUV to be very comfortable to drive and it handles great on the highway as well as the back roads! The simplicity of the interior design is a welcome change for me. I found all the touch screen technology of my other vehicle was very distracting while driving and it was just more to go wrong!

Living in Orlando, you know it’s kinda hard not to have a car to get you from place to place, especially when you are trying to juggle work, school, and personal life. As a person who works in the medical field, and having to be around patients on a daily basis, be at church twice a week, and as a nursing student, be able to get to my classes, and Clinical’s in a timely manner, it’s kind of hard not having a car to be able to do the things that I need to do. So I went onto my company’s website and saw that we had an opportunity to purchase a car through offlease Orlando, and I have been praying since February 2024 to get a Mazda CX-5, and when I saw they had two available. I called and spoke with Briana the BDC Rep who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and showed her eagerness to assist me, she made sure that I received a text and email to remind me of my appt and my sales rep. When I got to the dealership, I met with Orlando who was one of my sales reps, and he was partnered with Jarid who into the office showed, showed me around, explain to me how the process was going to go since this was my first vehicle purchase, and they really made me feel welcomed. As one of the cars was already sold, the one that I really wanted it was actually here still and just waiting for me to call it mine and take it home. Looks sharp. Smooth ride. Comfortable for me as a driver. Perfect size for me as a single homeowner. Good gas mileage, averaging 27-32 mpg. Love the bright RED with black leather seats.

Test drove a used 2019 CX-5 two days ago and loved it. However, the exterior had a number of scratches and no sunroof, which is a must. Came home, looked online and found an immaculate 2018 CX-5 with only 31K miles at a Mazda dealer 70 miles away. Test drove it this morning and brought it home this afternoon. Smooth acceleration, quiet cabin, absorbs bumps nicely. Feels like driving a much more expensive care. Touring model gives you all the features you would expect in a much more expensive car. Looking forward to many years of driving comfort and enjoyment. PS Took a very critical friend with me to check out the car, and he had nothing but praise for it.

I'm floored by the bad reviews of Discovery Auto. I almost didn't go because of it. However, I had my heart set on a Cadillac they had. I live in Clearwater so its about a 45 minute drive. I called the sales line and got Maurice. I told him exactly what I wanted. He desperately tried to get me the deal. However I know that dealership was telling the truth about that car because I had been looking at that model for 2 months. They did have the best price hence why I drove out. Unfortunately I couldn't talk them down but the manager Jonah came out to tell me why. I didn't feel like he was lying because I have Google and verified literally everything he said. So I moved down a notch to accommodate my budget comfortably. And I LOVE my new Camaro. I also want to say that the dealership has cars that will blow you away. Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz audis, bmws, literally every high-end car you can think of and they are clean- clean. But back to the bad reviews. I saw one review that a lady was upset she only got one key. I only got one key to my car. So I asked my salesman where's the other key? And his response was we can't control what the previous owner brings in. Which absolutely makes sense. My previous owner also didn't bring in the owner's manual. But I can't fault the dealership for something like that. I also saw a review that somebody gave him a one-star because they didn't get approved. That is not the dealerships fault. I'm not saying that they didn't feel slighted. But I HATE being lied to. So with that being said... go check it out for yourself. Ask for Maurice.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.
