Used Mazda CX-50 Hybrid SUVs for sale near North Haven, CT

I've had my car serviced at First Texas Honda before and it was always a good experience. Last week, I bought a car from them, and it was a truly satisfying from start to finish. Jaimi Moses was attentive to what we were looking for, very knowledgeable about the different models, very patient to explain the different features, never pressured us into making a decision but kept in touch. We interfaced with two other staff people when we closed on the car, and they were equally easy to work with. First Texas Honda also has an incredible coffee bar! I plan to take my car back there for all it's regular servicing needs.

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

My spouse asked me to get a new vehicle in mid-November 2024. I had been reading reviews of the new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. We had been sharing a 2018 Honda CR-V EX-L that we bought new in December of 2017. I had been planning on getting a replacement vehicle in December of 2025 but my spouse recommended that we get one before the end of 2024 because of the upcoming tariffs. I had been in a quandary about which vehicle to get. As soon as I heard about Mazda getting the Toyota hybrid system in the CX-50 I became interested. I went to drive a CX-50 and found that the dealerships didn't yet have the hybrid model. I drove a turbo version and was surprised that it wasn't that responsive. I also found that the ride was too harsh. Within a week I went back and test drove a hybrid. I found the performance to be good and the ride quality to be much better than the turbo. I was impressed with the amount of equipment included in the Premium Plus version: panoramic moon roof, red real leather seats, heads up display, Bose stereo, power folding mirrors. We purchased one for thousands less than a Toyota RAV4 or Honda CR-V Hybrid. I'm very impressed with the handling and ride. So far we've had no problems at all and we currently have an indicated 41mpg.

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. While already rated in high regards, I hope Mazda corporation further recognizes its service members at Liberty. When it’s time to upgrade, I know exactly where I will be shopping. I had a great experience purchasing my new CX-5. My salesperson was Sadie Bora. Sadie was excellent and had great product knowledge. I give her an A+ for emailing and staying in touch with me. The managers were great. I appreciated Cole Lucia sending me a voice mail and greeting me at the store. Paul Ferrarese was excellent, as there were a couple of times that I got a little flustered from my own misunderstandings. He calmly explained things and helped smooth out the process in a super professional and positive way. Thanks again, Paul. Lauren Bora helped me wrap everything up with the final paperwork. She was very good at explaining all the details and presenting all my options. Great customer service from both Mohammad Alfakhoury and Ahmed Naarallah who made the process of selling my car so very easy. The entire transaction was completed the same day, and they went out of their way to come pick up the car, deliver the documents for signature, and bring me a check. Both were knowledgeable, explained the process clearly and were very pleasant to work with. Customer service at this level is rare, and these gentlemen went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with their work. Bought my first Mazda CX 5 last Saturday. It was truly amazing and Quick. Moe Bedwan was the salesperson. I recommend everyone go to Moe. So knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience very easy. I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
