This dealership provided the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!!! Our family has a 35 year background “in the industry” and I arrived alone with my teenage daughter, so I was braced for battle. Mark greeted us at the door, no hard sell, we were there for a specific car, the price brought to us after test driving was very fair, wasn’t going to get a warranty but that was also offered at a great price so we added it to the deal … From the time we sat down to talk numbers to us being in the car to leave was ONE HOUR. It was the end of the night and we were the last customers, but nonetheless it was just an easy non-pushy experience. Additionally, we ran into an outside financing issue on our end the next day and again, the dealership worked with us and got the deal done!! Picked up the car one day later and now my daughter will be heading to college with an amazing (new to her) car!!! HUGE thank you to the team for making this such a stress-free process for this mama!

She was awesome…no pressure, answered her questions, and helped her to get payments that were affordable. She found just the car that was best for her, with the help of Kim, at a competitive price. I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
