I came to Royal Moore to shop for a new vehicle after I had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Gladstone Oregon, NOT ROYAL MOORE) I was nervous but shortly after arriving to Royal Moore my worries quickly subsided by the absolutely amazing, kind, caring and honest employees that I had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with. I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don?t think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. He was so knowledgeable and created such a huge impact on me while creating a bond of friendship and trust as well. I could tell that he wanted what was best for ME whether that meant purchasing a car from him or anywhere else, the support he gave towards my decisions did not go unnoticed and I appreciate him wholeheartedly for that! If you want a caring and thoughtful car salesman who doesn?t pressure you at all, then Christian is your guy! Like please please buy a car from Christian, you will not regret it! He knew how absolutely in love I was with the 2026 Acadia and did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership that same day in my new wheels. Also making sure I did not feel overwhelmed by my new monthly payments. I love that he could laugh at the absolute nonsense I spew out of my mouth sometimes. He was a true pleasure to work with and really does an amazing job with representing the company. Finance is such a scary part of purchasing a new car but Nathan (Royal Moore Mazda) really did a great job of rewiring how I feel about finance managers. After a terrifying previous encounter with another dealerships finance manager? Nathan, my mom and me had the literal BEST TIME cracking the absolute funniest jokes together.. I could not have asked for a better experience to replace the bad memories someone else created for me. Thank you so much Nathan, you truly made the day even more special. Also for the record, NATHAN SAID. Last but absolutely not least, if it wasn?t for David, the general sales manager over at Royal Moore Toyota, I wouldn?t have had this opportunity to purchase a brand new car at all. He truly went so far out of his way for me, to help me when I was being wronged by another company, to guide me on what to do and the steps to take to protect me as a consumer after being sold a vehicle with undisclosed major accident damage. With his help and a miracle I was able to climb my way out of a fraudulent bad deal with another dealership. He then referred me over to the awesome employees at Royal Moore Mazda where I purchased my beautiful brand new 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation Black Edition. Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. Alexander Floyd was a pleasure to work with and guided me through a new car purchase (2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid) that included the trade-in of a 2018 Mazda CX-5, with only 61,750 miles and in very good condition. Alexander and the sales manager, and financing officer, were all very helpful and answered all questions effectively. They also coordinated the removal of a hitch and bicycle rack from the CX-5, to the CX-50 Hybrid, since the assembly was compatible with the new CX-50 Hybrid. I highly recommend the Sales Department at Sandy Sansing Mazda and the Service Department and have been a loyal customer, since my first CX-5 purchase in 2013.

From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.
