Mike Wynne at Capitol Mazda was the 1st of 3 dealerships in the area to call back. The offer had to be good enough to persuade me to make the 3 1/2 hour drive. The internet price at Capitol Mazda was already reduced by $1600 off MSRP. Right off the bat, Mike said that there was an additional internet discount of $1000…so I didn’t have to do any haggling. I did a Google search of my 9-year old trade-in estimated at $7800-8300; Mike offered $1700 more than the higher end of the Google trade-in value. The car inspection showed some previously known repairs needed but he still gave the original trade-in offer. He also gave honest advice about using navigation on my iPhone through Apple Car Play rather than buying the Mazda navigation sim card.

From beginning to end of being with a lease, this place has been the easiest to work with as far as time spent there overall when purchasing/leasing a vehicle. They have also held true to their word for anything that has been discussed over the phone. We originally went there with an old trade in to lease new. They gave us exactly what we were asking for no questions asked and we walked out with a brand new CX-5. When we returned the vehicle, they quoted us back equity within the vehicle over the phone, when arriving cut us a check on the spot, no gimmicks no questions. We were in and out for all transactions with them. Again, have always held true to their word over the phone. The entire staff has been excellent but in particular Brian Harris whom we have had the pleasure of working with throughout our time there. He has always gotten back within reasonable amounts of time and has devoted his time to us even when it involved transactions that we know did not merit any particular large sales bonuses. He is an asset to the Hamilton Mazda family. The sales manager Michel Trifiro has also been wonderful to work with. Any items discussed over the phone have been transposed by him in person. The level of personal touch they give has been proven throughout the last few years with them. Even their service department has been incredible to work with in particular Benito who has proven to be an asset as well! My only regret is that sadly we had to leave them this last month as we needed more space in a vehicle and the CX-9 was not big enough. Although they do also offer a fine selections of Volkswagens as well, my wife and I are not a fan of any of these vehicles. A+ HM for exemplary service, keep up the good work. If any body styles of the Mazdas change for a bigger size you will certainly see us again.

Serviced my 2019 Mazda Miata here for a regular oil change Today. The online booking is fast and easy to follow. While I arrived, Samuel is my advisor. He is professional and knowledgeable and took care of my car and let me know along the way where we are. The time I spent waiting flied by and it was a smooth feel good process.

I had researched the vehicle I wanted and Mikey who is a former mechanic, gave me confidence that he had the knowledge to answer my questions. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this dealer. I contacted them first via email and received a prompt call and thorough video of the car since I lived an hour away. The mileage was incorrectly listed tho, and it was actually 10k less, so then they increased the price of the car… They were not willing to negotiate price on the phone so I drove there. They offered me a ridiculously low price for my trade in. I said no and they eventually paid what I asked for it. Overall the process was smooth and I am happy with my car.

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Quick response from the folks at the dealership. Set up a day to come by. No pressure from anyone there. Explained their process, pricing and service. Super clean, super polite people there. The car we were looking at got sold the next day while we checked on another vehicle. Dealership let us know immediately. I will go back when looking for another car! Very professional.
