This is our first Mazda purchase. We purchased our vehicle from Holiday Mazda based on friend referrals and previous experience at another Holiday dealership. Once we made the decision to buy and trade-in a vehicle, John worked with Scott on the Trade-in value and Taylor on the Financing. Both were excellent to work with and both exceeded our expectations. John K set us up in the car and demonstrated all of the functions we needed addressed. Taylor introduced us to Matt in service and set up our first service date in 2026. In addition, John K went above and beyond to help us get an additional feature that we requested be added to our vehicle - he far exceeded our expectations. Update: After a bumpy start, Mike Smith, the General Sales Manager went above and beyond to fix some problems I encountered. I'm very grateful to him for how he handled the situation. He made it very clear that he would take care of the issues that happened and make necessary changes. I have to give credit where credit is due. All issues have been resolved and Route 9 Mazda even went a little further to insure customer support.
