The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making. This proud Mazda owner is very satisfied with our purchase, car performance and the staff at Safford-Brown Mazda!!! 5 stars!!!

I used Safford Brown's financing for the car. The financial representative, Ms. Golboo Javid, found a better interest rate than what my bank provided. She made the finance process very easy and pleasant. Start to finish, I left the dealership with my new car in under three hours. Extremely professional service and top concern for resolving the problems. My service adviser, Crystal Vanderpuije, understood the issue with the car and made sure it was completely taken care of. She is very hands on when it comes to making sure the customer's issues are resolved. The technician that worked on the car took the initiative to order a part for an issue he discovered that I had not initially addressed, and resolved that problem without my prompting. That's the kind of service that you always hope for but rarely find.

My experience was excellent based on the efforts of Hamid Bashiri. He was helpful, competent, patient and knowledgeable. I am a return customer and that is largely due to Mr. Bashiri who has always been very honest and trustworthy and I know I will get the right car, price and financing to meet my needs. I wish all dealerships had someone like this!
