I stopped in to check out options of purchasing another KIA site to mine breaking down in front of my work. Heath was so amazing and helpful and got me in an excellent used KIA with very low miles and in the condition of a brand new one. Driving my purchase off the lot made me extremely happy not only with my purchase but also with Heath helping me with every step. Heath even contacted me several times after the purchase just to check in on meto see how everything was going. I am sending everyone I know that is needing a vehicle his way!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Fiyinfoluwa Adeyeye, a service advisor who truly exceeded my expectations. His professionalism and promptness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Always greeting me with a warm smile, he was welcoming and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns thoroughly. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference, and I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend his services!
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Miami Lakes Automall - Chevrolet Kia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Mitsubishi review
I had an excellent experience with Miami Lakes Kia Service Center, thanks to Ethan Milan. I came in with battery issues, and although the cost was higher than I expected, Ethan took the time to explain the value behind the service and made me feel comfortable with my decision. The entire process was quick and efficient—I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Ethan also informed me about the recalls that still need to be completed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. After seeing the newly renovated lobby, I will gladly return for future service visits. It's a comfortable space where I can bring my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Thank you, Ethan, for the outstanding customer service and professionalism!

I got into a car accident and I needed a new car fast. Ron Stephan was excellent, he was kind and he explained everything really well. It was my first car buying experience ever so I needed more explaining in the process. Very kind person, if you ask for Ron you will see a smiling face! Great experience even though I was there because I was in an accident. I would go to him again in the future.

2025 Kia Sorento review
We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Joe Myers KiaReviews
Joe Myers Kia review
Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I am very impressed with Mark's customer service skills, which is why I have decided to no longer take my three cars that I purchased from Parkway Kia to them anymore. I purchased all three of them in one month for my children in 2020. The lack of customer appreciation shown to me has been disappointing. Therefore, I plan to remain a loyal customer of Joe Meyer Kia. I appreciate the dealership taking care of my family and me. Thank you, Albert Martinez U.S. Army Veteran

I have received nothing but gracious and helpful assistance. Austin Tittle in service is careful to listen, exhaustive in investigating a concern, welcoming, polite, and reasonable in his recommendations. I trust his wisdom impeccably. I would buy my next car at Greenway if only because of the quality of service.

Absolutely one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. The service department is amazing. Organized. Honest. Efficient. Great communicators. We truly appreciate everything they have done to keep our Kia Sorento in top shape. We will be buying a new car soon, and knowing the service department is so great will weight heavily into our decision.

Kia on AtlanticReviews
Kia on Atlantic review
Recently purchased a new Telluride. Everyone including Eli (sales) and Richard (finance) were absolutely amazing. So glad I decided to take my trade to Kia on Atlantic. No one tried to push anything on me (sales= purchase; finance= warranty). Eli brought several cars around a let ME decide if anything was the right fit and, in the end, we got the right vehicle for our family. Eli spent several hours and pretty much the whole day just for that one sale. So, hats off to him for enduring us. Once I got to Richard, he made everything a snap and was extremely pleasant and not pushy. He answered every question I had and, once again, was very patient, personable, and relaxing to deal with. So glad I stopped in at Kia on Atlantic. Best decision I've made in a long time!
