I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.

We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

Upgraded from the CX-5. The CX-5 proved to be a reliable daily driver, that provided comfort and a sporty drive. We just need more room. So the CX-9 was the logical choice, and we ended up getting the Signature. The 3rd row is great for small kids only. The rear captain's chairs are great. The car does look good, drives well, the turbo has enough power to move it effortlessly no matter how steep the road. The only complaint I have are the front seats! They are too stiff and after a long drive 4+h, I need a break because my tailbone was killing me. Switched drivers' same story with the wife. So bought a kit and tilted the seat a little more than factory and that seems to have solved the issue. I am thinking about finding some CX-5 seats and swapping them out. Otherwise, the car has performed well, no mechanical issues in 30K miles. Your normal oil change and a set of tires. In conclusion, if you need a daily driver with some more room, that is reliable, looks good, drives well, ......this should be on your radar to consider.

fully satisfied with my ourchase; the product performs as expected, is reliable, and worth the money - my only complaint is that the seats need better cushoning, after 1.5 hours of driving you van start to feel it on your tail bone.

I got there they checked my car in the truck it away. We discussed what I needed to have done and told them to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and hour and 10 minutes later it was all set to go. I was impressed with the video That they sent me explaining what they did. I thought that was pretty interesting.

My Sorento ended up at Wagner Kia after the engine blew on Highway 90 while returning home from a vacation up north. We were still over 200 mi. From home. The vehicle was towed there in our abscence and everything was dealt with by emails and phone call between me and my service rep. MikeRodenbaugh. I knew it would take time but asked to please just giv me good communication.he totally did. Two months later the car is almost like new. Took a while to get the parts but once they were in the repair was made within the week. mike was super communicative and reassuring and I could not be happier with the work done. Also had some other repairs done while there and the prices were very reasonable. My car drove home like a dream, all 220 miles in one shot! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly and my pickup was quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend , wish they could be my regular dealership!

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.
