Used Mazda CX-9 for sale near Fountain Valley, CA under $899,990

My husband and I were looking to purchase a pre-owned SUV and after weeks of research and several test drives at different locations, came to Capistrano Mazda to test drive a Mazda CX-5. I get around 26mpg in highways. City it's around 20mpg. Easy to drive around and looks great. Premium interiors. Nice pick up and sports mode boost makes it even more fun to drive! No maintenance issues for my 2022 CX-9 yet.

They had a great selection of Jeep Wranglers. Jose Vargas was very helpful in finding the right one for me.

I absolutely love this car, its so comfortable so luxurious, such a nice smooth ride, powerful and spacious! I owned it for over a year, my only complaint, it didn't get very good gas mileage as I drove mostly around town. I averaged 24mpg around town, and about 28mpg on the highway. If it had gotten better gas mileage I would have kept it forever!

I've purchased many many new cars and I know what I expect out of a dealership and a sales person. And I am familiar with how to achieve and what is a fair deal. I was very very satisfied dealing with Marissa and this dealership. I've got a new Grand Cherokee Limited in my driveway and I know I've gotten a good deal on it. Good job Marissa. Owned this cx-9 for a year and a half and bought it new. I am constantly shopping for a new car, not because I don't like it, but I am of the belief that the best time to shop for a new car is when you don't need one and you're not unhappy with the one you got. I have not had any problems with the CX-9 and my only gripes about it are to do with the size. It's a little smaller than I'm used to. I'm 5'9", which is by no means tall, and I have to duck so I don't hit my head getting in and out but that could be remedied by lowering the seat which I don't care to do. I also regularly hit my head on the open liftgate. So yes, it's smaller than something like a Grand Cherokee or Explorer or the Highlander of the same model year but it's also a much better value, much better made and much, much, much better to drive. I live in an area with twisty hilly roads and I use the paddle shifters constantly. This is a fun car to drive. And it performs better than my parent's new e-class Mercedes. It's also more comfortable than that and easier to get in and out of for me. If you've got a ton of kids and junk to haul around, you're probably going to find this too tight but otherwise if you need a mid size SUV and you care about performance and overall quality, this one has your name all over it. For years and years I've had full size trucks so I'm used to sitting up higher and having an enormous cabin but I've been looking at them lately, even the ones with price tags nearly twice as much as this one's was and they just look and feel like such junk in comparison to the Mazda. Despite the smaller size, I haven't really run into very many scenarios where I didn't have enough space for my day to day needs, including taking home some 2x6 lumber which fit easily on the inside resting on the console. It's just that it's not as roomy and high up as competitors. So that's your tradeoff. It's a better made, better performing vehicle just that it might be a little smaller and not as spacious as you were hoping for. I really can't think of anything else to really complain about.

We've had our 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature model for over three years. It's a very nice, smooth riding automobile and it's surprisingly fun to drive. The turbo charged four cylinder engine has more than enough pep. The interior is comfortable and durable. Yes, we had to replace the cracked infotainment screen but all was covered with the additional protection plan we purchased when we bought the car. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another CX-9.

Mark was on his game. We had an awesome experience with drive time Torrance. If I had a choice I would do it all over again with this team. They made the process smooth and explained everything in front of you. No hidden secrets here at this dealership. The manager Charles also contacted me to let me know I was pre-approved and to come in and look at cars. Hands down best place to do business.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana may seem like your average used car dealership as you drive by. The reviews are a hit or miss online and you really don't know what to believe. My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. This car is great for a family, vacations or for hauling things. Looks super sporty but provides so much room as well. Honestly, best value for the money ever.

Upgraded from the CX-5. The CX-5 proved to be a reliable daily driver, that provided comfort and a sporty drive. We just need more room. So the CX-9 was the logical choice, and we ended up getting the Signature. The 3rd row is great for small kids only. The rear captain's chairs are great. The car does look good, drives well, the turbo has enough power to move it effortlessly no matter how steep the road. The only complaint I have are the front seats! They are too stiff and after a long drive 4+h, I need a break because my tailbone was killing me. Switched drivers' same story with the wife. So bought a kit and tilted the seat a little more than factory and that seems to have solved the issue. I am thinking about finding some CX-5 seats and swapping them out. Otherwise, the car has performed well, no mechanical issues in 30K miles. Your normal oil change and a set of tires. In conclusion, if you need a daily driver with some more room, that is reliable, looks good, drives well, ......this should be on your radar to consider.

The interior is set up perfectly for what I love and I feel so proud when driving it around the outside looks amazing. I am able to get up and go on the interstate just like I love to.

My first 2021 Mazda CX-9 GT. One of the best 3 row suv out there. Very smooth and comfortable. Worth every buck. Would buy another when the time comes. Can’t wait for the next generation to come out!

Short and long commutes are a breeze with this car, still doesn’t burn a drop of oil between 5000 mile changes, don’t have the heart to trade it in!

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

A capable family transporter and a blast to drive. Seats seven but drives like a much smaller Mazda sports car. This is our fourth Mazda and by far our favorite.
