I had an excellent buying experience with Michael Flaifel at Morrie's Mazda in Minnetonka. I bought a 2017 Certified Pre-Owned CX-5 through Michael who goes by Mikey. He made the experience easy. I had researched the vehicle I wanted and Mikey who is a former mechanic, gave me confidence that he had the knowledge to answer my questions. Ricky Esquivel did a great job of helping me with buying my car . I had looked at it on Monday the 10 th of November and liked it , they were going to do paper work but banks were not open on Veterans Day I went to work and hit a deer on way to work totaling my car on Wednesday and by Wednesday about 3 pm I had my new car !!! Ricky and his boss Chad did an amazing job at helping me .

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! Nelson Mazda is a no pressure dealership with a beautiful showroom, friendly people and a huge selection of new and used vehicles. Our experience was excellent working with JD to buy a newer truck. He handled everything throughout the process, never passed us off to anyone else and was fun to sit and visit with while waiting for our paperwork. He's definitely an asset. Never thought I would say this, but it was enjoyable buying a vehicle. Highly recommend!! 🙂
