Rudolph Mazda made my buying experience quick and easy. I found the car I wanted online, Then I went to the dealership and the finance manager found me a good deal, no games. I was driving out in about an hour! My salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was not pushy at all. This was my 2nd car I have purchased at Rudolph Mazda and though I passed many, many car dealerships with many fine cars on the way, the combination of Mazda and Rudolph will keep me coming back for years to come.

Ty made good suggestions about what my car needed on this visit and what it didn't. He accurately predicted the cost and time of completion. He was personable throughout.

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. So after leaving that dealership we stopped at Cardinaleway just to look at their used cars. We couldnt have been greeted by a nicer salesman than JP. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.
