IT is a super car that has great performance for the price. I am 6'4" and found it a great experience. It is comfortable to drive and good in the entry and exit :-) All in all, we are very satisfied with this vehicle.

My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

I admit I was anxious about going by myself to meet with the salesman about buying a new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a nicer easy going no pressure salesman to assist me than Kris Parker at Dewey Griffin Subaru. He answered all my questions and offered to take me for a test drive when I didn't feel comfortable getting behind the wheel. He stayed in touch and kept me updated while waiting for my vehicle to arrive. On day of delivery he was thorough going over paperwork and again there was never any pressure. He went over everything in the vehicle often explaining it to me more than once and helping to set up some of the new technology for me . He followed up with me the day after on the phone and in person to show me a few more things. He reassured me I could call him anytime and he was always happy to help. Everyone there from the door greeter to the management staff are super friendly and helpful and you really feel like they care and want you to have the best experience. I got the feeling that they loved what they do and took pride in making sure you had an excellent car buying experience and are happy with your new vehicle!

My wife and I were in the market to purchase my son a pre-owned jeep, and we wanted something that was already fixed up so we found TCD. They had a great selection to choose from. Once we arrived at the dealership you could tell that this was going to be different than any other car buying experience we've had. Jack was first to introduce himself. He was not a fast-talking silver tongue devil like a "like i probably was" stereotypical car salesman that you might be used to. He was a quiet young man that spoke at the right time and when it was necessary. He listens to our wants and needs and never asked us to remind him over and over! It was a subtle character quality that he possessed, and I didn't think too much about it while we were there, but it was a refreshing quality Jack was very knowledge about the vehicle as well. The vehicle we were interested in was a new trade in, so it wasn't quite ready, so I tell you this to say the way the dealership as a whole jumped in to help get the vehicle sales floor ready, was awesome! You could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo! Next was Tina the GM this gal was on top of her game. Very sweet and accommodating but you could tell on the other side of that coin was a savvy tough businesswoman that was going to be fair but by no means going to be taken advantage of! She settled my early onset buyer's remorse that i could feel brewing with transparency. Mo finished up our car deal and was also the finance guy! I loved that cause once we came to an agreement, we shook hand and started banging out paperwork! Mo was an awesome dude very knowledgeable with all the different extended warranties packages which i never did until we bought our last used vehicle and needed to use it on the way home from the dealer. We were in and out in no time. Lastly the Owner Austin! how cool is it for the owner of the dealership to make himself available to his customers. He personally helped my wife and I with whatever we needed or questions we had. It was nice not to have to wait for a salesman to run ask the manager a question then run back with and answer! By the time he got back I probably had 3 or 4 more question to send him running back with! lol Austin was personable and kind! Which was a breath of fresh air this day in time. This was also after the dealership had closed on a Sat night! A few things that are small but can make or break a car deal is that they had fresh free hotdogs cooking all day with 5 or 6 different flavors of soda pop obviously coffee with one of those fancy coffee makes with different flavors of coffee and cappuccino, clean bathrooms and something as a parent and someone that used to sale cars they had a nice selection of boys and girls toys! if you've ever tried to purchase a car with a bored toddler forget about it! the salesman can feel the words we're going to have to come back without the kids. that's how the dealership down the street with toys just made your customer their latest car buyer! Shout out to Scot and Bryan as well! They weren't involved in my car deal but did a good job at making us feel welcome and at ease! Sorry about them Aggie's buddy! I would recommend #texascarone to any and every one that's in the market for a vehicle especially a young couple that might be first time buyers. The car we were looking at got sold the next day while we checked on another vehicle. Dealership let us know immediately. I will go back when looking for another car! Very professional.

While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

It was like a blast from the past walking in and seeing Cory. When I learned about Auto Savvy's certified rebranded title, I was a little hesitant. But knowing Cory is a solid guy, and examining the vehicles myself, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality. I test drove numerous vehicles and finally settled on a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. I'm confident that Cory and his crew will continue to treat me with the same quality I found in the vehicles. I will definitely purchase more vehicles from Auto Savvy.
