I will highly recommend MB Scottsdale to those who want to purchase brand new or second hand MB from. Their services from sales to maintenance are incredibly professional, friendly and open. Even though some inventories are not with them, but they still try the best to arrange and organize with the other MB dealer in order to help you to receive the best service. Out of state buyer and had a great experience with Devin at Mark Motors. Bought a 458 Italia with A customer service. Price wasn't over inflated and was just right. When the car was delivered to me, there was a small curb rash on one of the wheel and a missing 2nd key, but Devin took care of that for me without question. Would definitely come back to shop for another exotic car in the future!

Responsive however lack of 2 keys on a rare special car not being noted and significant stone chips also not mentioned in the description not great. With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

Just bought a nice used Maxima here this weekend. I will have to say that Brandon Comer (sales) and Javier Escobar (finance) were a pleasure to deal with. Such down to earth personalities, friendly, sincere, and helpful. I actually identified a vibration / wheel issue with this vehicle during the test drive. They did not hesitate to address the issue fully and we were able to finalize the deal in a couple of days. Other that that small hiccup, the dealwas so simple and painless. My wife and I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again. It is a beautiful establishment and everyone we came in contact with were so nice and thoughtful.
