Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

I went to buy a cash car. I had a price range to follow. I looked at a Lexus 07 LS460. I was helped out in getting a deal for this car by Jesse. I had some some request to be addressed first, to make me feel better about the deal. I saw they where all made. Maybe not to a high standard but they were done. The whole process felt easy with no pressure. I never believed Jesse was playing games with me. Ever. All in all he sold me a car I wanted and at the price I wanted. What more can you ask for? It's a 07. It's got issues. Yes. It's a used car but the buying experience was never an issue. Would I go back to buy another one? Yes. Will I tell a friend? Yes. This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.

Overall, I love the sporty feel and looks. Power train a bit quirky at very low speed. For instance, coasting in traffic or approaching a light about to turn green it’s a bit of a jerk when you accelerate. Oh, and don’t DARE put your left foot near the brake pedal at slow speed or while maneuvering to park. This honey does NOT like a two footed driver! It is too slow to reengage the accelerator, and when it does reengage, it surges, as in lurching it into to the back wall of the garage. Not what I expect from Mercedes. Externally, the exhaust sounds powerful and authoritative but from inside sounds a bit tinny. My advice, drive it hard with one foot and it’s a blast, turning sharply at speeds and accelerating through curves and confident braking available. Probably has more road noise and bump feel than S class Mercedes models, which is by design And budget I suppose. Overall, just plain fun to drive.

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

I am a retired law enforcement officer who has driven most of the top rated vehicles of the last fifty years both as personal and issued vehicles. I also have had a long love affair with the top foreign and domestic cars of these decades. My new 19 AMG GLC43 Biturbo AWD is the best in every category. Its got Adaptive cruise, Auto Parking, both front and rear alerts and cameras, 9 speeds trans and as much HP and Torque out of a V6 as I used to get out of a big block V8. Its very comfortable on trips, (I am 6'4") has adequate gas mileage and the handling is phenomenal . All this doesn't come cheap but its a great deal compared to the exotics and has excellent maintenance at the Benz dealers. This car will not disappoint you in any way.
