Overall, I love the sporty feel and looks. Power train a bit quirky at very low speed. For instance, coasting in traffic or approaching a light about to turn green it’s a bit of a jerk when you accelerate. Oh, and don’t DARE put your left foot near the brake pedal at slow speed or while maneuvering to park. This honey does NOT like a two footed driver! It is too slow to reengage the accelerator, and when it does reengage, it surges, as in lurching it into to the back wall of the garage. Not what I expect from Mercedes. Externally, the exhaust sounds powerful and authoritative but from inside sounds a bit tinny. My advice, drive it hard with one foot and it’s a blast, turning sharply at speeds and accelerating through curves and confident braking available. Probably has more road noise and bump feel than S class Mercedes models, which is by design And budget I suppose. Overall, just plain fun to drive.

Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

This is a fun car to drive. Has a nice throaty growl to the exhaust. Tons of power and great handling. Drives like a sports car but has the size of a mini SUV.

This suv is really a truck. It handles well and is very comfortable. If you like the sound of your engine without adding a lot of mufflers and stuff, this is the car for you. I love the sound of the gear changing, even turning a corner. It has style and makes you proud to be seen in it.
