I was in the market for a high-end car and in the process went to 3 MB dealers. I not only chose the best one but ended up with the best MB ambassador, Joe Sangiamino. I would definitely say Mr Catena “knows how to pick’em.” Joe is an asset to the dealership. He was most pleasant to work with and I would be hard-pressed to go elsewhere. Everything is neat here. In the dealership and in their manner. They gave me a folder, copies of receipts in a sleeve, even a branded pen with a cap. For me, that’s respect.
