I met Daniel on his first week at Mazda a few months back, and he made sure to follow up and work with me on the time frame I set for myself to lease a new CX-9. I can't speak for others, but my experience was very good. I bought a Lexus LC 500 with very low miles and everything was exactly as Bobby had described. I was coming from a very far distance and Bobby didn't push me too hard. He walked a good line between presenting the vehicle honestly, encouraging me, but also not pushing me to drive out all that way if I didn't want to. The car was in excellent condition and it was great driving it all the way back to Texas. Bobby and his wife were great!

The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.
