Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. I bought this car brand spanking new with 7 miles in it from Mercedes, during Covid where there was literally none around .. I bought the night package 2021 but I’d was in may I believe of 2020.. regardless, I e never had one issue with this car ever… love it..

The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.

Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!

I love the car, the way it looks and handles, still working on the MBUX system and then one morning it didn't start, im told it s the battery that needs replaced?? too soon for a brand new $90k vehicle! Not happy

I gave them 2 days notice that I would be there at around noon, I got there at 2:30 pm. The man who helped me was very nice; unfortunately they had sold the car I was interested in earlier that morning.

Have had the 2021 53 coupe since December, great so far. Drove to tahoo in the snow and performed fantastic. Only down Side had to purchase all weather tires as it comes with summer tires. Handles great no issues, as I have read from others. Drives better than my previous car a Range Rover sport.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.
