I found a 2023 Ford Maverick online at Grapevine Ford. I called and talked to Caden.I asked him to take a video and identify any marks on the vehicle. He did as I requested and informed me the vehicle was spotless. We negotiated the price over the phone. We drove 260 miles to pick up the vehicle. Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

Although the transmission is not the smoothest, and the ride can be a little rough, it’s a great car that has a lot of great features. Best in class and great styling

Exceptional service form Marin Kovacevic from the sales department. I met Marin a few months ago when I needed a service and I was thinking about upgrading my Benz. Recently I decided I really needed that new car. So I reached out to Marin and stopped by to look at current inventory. I got preapproved and then the same day we suffered a loss in our family. I let Marin know and he was extremely professional and gave me condolences. I told him I needed time. Other car salesmen would?ve been pushy and overbearing & I never once felt that pressure from him. I worked in banking for 9 years, so believe me I know how dealerships can be. A little over a week later, when I finally decided to look on the website again to see if there was anything that stood out to me. I saw ?The One?.
