Overall, I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz of South Austin. The customer service was excellent from start to finish as everyone was welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The waiting area was especially nice, with a comfortable setup and complimentary drinks, coffee, and snacks. I was also provided with a loaner car, which was definitely an added bonus and made getting my car repaired much more convenient. It?s clear they care about their customers.

Service Advisor Anthony was prompt, very customer-friendly, and cordial. He kept me updated of the status throughout the service process. The whole experience was wonderful. OMG there are not enough positive things I can say about my experiences with Mercedes-Benz of Austin! They are locally owned and it shows. They care about every customer and treat them as though each person is about to buy the most expensive car on the lot. They really CARE!!! I wish this company had a training program and trained every company in the NATION, no WORLD, no UNIVERSE (hee hee) how to treat each other. They are not just nice - they are genuine. They are not just polite or professional, they look for real world solutions for real world issues and are 100% human through it all. They do not candy coat or placate they solve, they find, they create. They work as a team to really help and I have not met one person here who deviates from that standard. Inspiring!

The service there is outstanding. They keep you informed frequently and the people are very customer oriented. I felt important there and my best interest was considered.

I have experienced his amazing customer service Now with my second purchase, and he went above and beyond for me! I really appreciated it so much!
