The dealership had a great selection of vehicles to choose from, and they were all in excellent condition. The negotiation process was fair and transparent. I felt like I got a great deal on my new car. The finance department was efficient and helpful. They explained all the financing options clearly and helped me find the best deal for my budget. My Mercedes Experience of RVC is always pleasant, effortless and professional because of my incredible salesman, Craig German. Craig sold us our first Mercedes and we haven't dealt with anyone since that time. Not only is Craig extremely professional, he is knowledgeable about the product he sells. He is just an overall nice guy, who enjoys the public and making sure his customers are satisfied. More people in sales should be like him. We don't want to deal with anyone else! Just had a great experience with the purchase of a Pre-Owned MB E350 wagon! Carlos Nazario, the salesman, was great at follow up and making sure everything was ready on time and the car was perfect! Bob Lasagne and Thomas Rudaj were also great to work with, professional and honest and made sure everything was right. Last weekend I went to the dealership to pick up the car. Again, John did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
