Maurice was very busy but still took the time to sit down and talk to me about the vehicle I was looking at. The car needed a sensor replaced which was ordered but not in yet. Once it was in I took the car back and they replaced the sensor no problem.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Juan was very helpful and not pushy. He allowed us to take our time with looking over the car. He was very responsive on the phone.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Absolutely no pressure at all. All cars are unlocked so I was free to browse whatever vehicle I wanted. There are no sales persons on the lot following you around. Salesperson was very nice, professional, knowledgeable.

Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place. We have a model 3 but we want a more comfortable car with similar performance on gas. This car with all the technology packages are more comfortable than model 3 but as smart in terms of driving assistance.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

I was selling my 2017 Forester XT to buy an e-bike to commute with instead and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

My service advisor was excellent as was the quality of the work. GM's $200 charge for labor to replace a part I can buy for $20 is ridiculous. I would have been ok paying $200 to replace all four tire pressure sensors but not $200 EACH plus the super inflated part cost. I wish I could score the service separate from the pricing. Pricing would get one star.

C Class Mercedes are great vehicles. My last one lasted 7 years and 300,000 miles and this one seems even better. Improved interior and exterior styling with many new features. Drives smoothly with power and handles great.
