While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Bought 2021 Lincoln Aviator in late 2020. Bought Black Label which carries special extra service/support perks including pick up and delivery with loaner vehicles. Most recent service was a recall replacement of rear pillar appliqu�s. Driver Ubered to my house, took my vehicle for service and returned post service same day. Calls and texts kept me informed throughout. No loaner was available and this was not the first time. Under warranty service was good and done well. Service during covid was somewhat problematic, but understandable. Buying process was not great -- pressure sale that kept us at the dealership much of a day. Terms were OK, but high pressure resulted in a purchase that was not ideal for our particular situation.

I was amazed by this dealership. From service to sales, everyone was so kind and helpful. I bought my 1st Mercedes here (2022 C300) and Patrick was there to assist me and make the experience the best one yet. Highly recommend this location for either getting your car serviced or buying a new Car!

Let me start with the c300 4MATIC is amazing has enough power to feel it and does good on gas I’ve owned mine since 2020 and have aftermarket parts on it and hasn’t gave me a not one big issue love this car 🫶

I had a good experience. Traded in my old car and bought a used Honda. Been driving it for around two years no problem. Big fan of CarMax.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha.
