My first CLK was a 2001 320 hardtop, which was the first time a personally owned a Mercedes. Unless you actually own one you really never get to really appreciate the collective profound effect of the thoughtfulness towards , your safety, comfort and supreme driving experience that goes into the design and production of these automobiles. This is true especially when compared to "regular cars". I lost my first one in an accident, but while I had two other cars, an Audi Convertible and a Volvo, my heart was only content when I was very fortunate to find a 2003 CLK 430 convertible , in pristine condition and on 30K miles. You can imagine the joy. These cars have powerful engines that deliver performance on demand. The braking is excellent. The ride is smooth, but it is what the cabin and lovely seats dot you that is beyond mention. The exterior design is a head turner, quite something for a 20 year old inspiration. If you are lucky to find one of these babes in good condition, GET IT. You will Love It.

Good car. Everything worked when it was needed. Back leg room is not very good but driver and passenger seats are very comfortable. Really fun car to drive around especially in the summer. Tons of computers help to keep maintenance on track.

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. 139k when I bought it 2 years ago...160k now.....no problems so far.....extremely fun to drive. Putting exhaust system on soon......don't expect to get a bunch of miles from your tires...can't rotate
