I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! Getting a response from a manager is futile. Very disappointed as I have repeatedly asked for one to look into transactional problem and was told someone would get back to me within a few days, but that has yet to happen. NO EXCUSE!

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

After submitting an inquiry about a vehicle that I had interest in buying; I was almost immediately contacted by Austin with internet sales. Austin was very personable and helpful in answering all of my questions about the vehicle. The following morning he called me and assisted me with scheduling an appointment to test drive the vehicle. The purchasing process was seamless from there on?Upon entering the building; I was promptly greeted by the manager and received by Jeorge shortly thereafter; who arranged my test drive with his assistant. She was very polite and had a well thought out route for the drive. Everyone was very friendly and I didn?t feel pressured to make a purchase. I especially enjoyed how much each person were knowledgeable about whatever there area of specialty was and they explained everything in great detail. After completing the necessary steps my car was delivered with a full tank of gas and a fresh freshly detailed. Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!

Yesterday I bought a Used car from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Probably the least expense they had on the lot. But? I was treated like I was buying the top of the line Mercedes. Everyone was veery pleasant even the financial guy?which in my experience is very unusual. He understood my position and reacted favorable. A really nice guy. What blew my mind was that the general manger came by today hello. But the best part of the experience was my salesman. If I was back in the business world I would recruit him in a minute m ore importantly I would want him as a friend, Want to buy a Mercedes?go to Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek and ask for Danny Baptista.

Called around various MB dealerships to test drive the 2024 EQB 250+ and finally found available inventory in the San Jose location and spoke to Tedi, who had one parked and ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. Jorge T helped negotiate a great lease deal, and then delivered the car to my house later that evening. Really happy with the overall experience and all the follow ups to make sure everything was good. And everything is still great! Thanks again Tedi and Jorge. I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.

I ordered my Brand new GLA 250 4 M. OMG. I am very happy and very satisfied. The SUV runs very smooth the quality is very very good. When you close the door, you can feel it. Great quality everything is Great. When I'm driving wowie I feel like I'm flying in the airplane. No bumps. I am happy with my purchased. Even I waited for 6 months because of chips shortage. Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

Reasonably priced truck, running well after a week.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

This car is absolutely great. I have back problems and the seats are really comfortable. The drive is great. Best crossover I have purchased. Interior is nice too. And love the inside lighting.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

When I arrived the cars were available for me to look at and he accompanied me on the test drive pointing out major & minor features! I purchased a 2018 Red SLC300 for my wife for mother's day. The purchase was smooth, when we got the car home noticed a popping sound with the sunroof.
