I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. Which I love Carvana I’m going to get my car from them because I had a larger suv and it’s been great on gas and insurance as well.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!

I ordered my Brand new GLA 250 4 M. OMG. I am very happy and very satisfied. The SUV runs very smooth the quality is very very good. When you close the door, you can feel it. Great quality everything is Great. When I'm driving wowie I feel like I'm flying in the airplane. No bumps. I am happy with my purchased. Even I waited for 6 months because of chips shortage. This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

From the finance team, the sales department, the consultant, and the manager, everyone is so professional and ethical in doing their work. I was initially interested in choosing a Honda model. After telling them about my requirements, he provided me a review of other cars that may also suit my preference and is superior in some areas. He gave me enough time to test drive and inspect the car. He never pressured me in buying options that will only spike the cost.

Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

I was especially impressed by the soft spoken, no pressure, highly informed gentleman Chris -who worked with me to get the exact deal that suit my needs best - The team felt like a family - each person was top notch in executing their part of the process - Each person was informed and personable. They even included a final celebration of purchase in the ringing of the bells with all who worked on the deal ! Such great touches included specific skills of the finance manager and a follow-up with the customer training expert - I entered with some concern and left with total confidence in the deal , in the car and in the personnel that exceeded all of my expectations!

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

Came here for a specific BMW 330i I saw online. I did have a trade which is a BMW 320i that basically I wanted to upgrade. I ended up trading my older vehicle and financed the rest. After purchasing our GLA 250, 5 yrs ago, 1; our long distance travel includes -to date- 5 times (LA/PHX) - in addition to several "local" trips(Midwest w/o a single problem! 2; We have yet to switch from "E" to "S" - since 'she' already acts as an "Italian" sports car on "E"! "Drawback" 1: Our initial concern was the more expensive hi-grade gas (91/93). However, we do get 31 mpg on combined city/hi-way driving. 2: A trifle too tight for luggage at long distance trvl and/or transporting i.e. skis.

Fuel Flap gets stuck. Scary experience. Had to pry flap open in order to get gas. Now I have to get a new flap because it will not stay closed. 😢

Comfortable, safe, gas efficient, economical. Everything we wanted in a car after owning a truck. We were in the market for something we can use in place of our truck. Both of us are older and this is not to low to the ground or to tall to get out of. With gas prices going up this will also save us money.

My regular service advisor was not on duty so I was greeted by Michael D’Loia who precisely understood that I didn’t want tire rotation service because I had a tire contract elsewhere and that I wanted the air filter I purchased elsewhere to be installed and I would only pay for the install. Also, I wanted the old filter(smile). He graciously noted my requests and after my car was ret’d all of my specifications had been followed. Been awhile since i have owned a Benz. I have had 2 decades of BMWs and what brought me back to Benz was the exoerience of having driven a rented one through most of Spain and Portugal for 2 months. I began to love the brand again, as my interest in BMW's waned due to its very boring interiors. I selected a GLA 250 given its eurosize and jackrabbit turbo performance. Never failed me, my only compaint: a small fuel tank which has me refuelling more often and a spotty CarPlay app that seems to malfunction with Spotify but not with the other music apps. Overall am a happy owner, now hoping tht MBenz service in Vegas has improved.
