This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I'm following-up on a review I posted on 4/16/2025. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Jesse Ruiz, (Service Mgr.)and I must say he went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable moving forward with my future service request. Mr. Ruiz took the time to understand my concerns and acknowledged why I was upset. He truly made it right, and I’m thankful for the way he handled the situation. We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

Ruben Gallegos was excellent and very professional to deal with. We purchased the car via the Costco program, and were able to manage everything where we just had to drive to the dealership to pick up the car. He also walked us through all the features and offered to answer any questions when we had the car at home. Excellent service!!

Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! We’ve spent months assessing the various brands. Our choice was based on the numerous reviews comparing the Acura MDX and the QX60. The Acura did not meet the quality standards for comfort and luxury. The Infiniti dealership team did a great job selling the technical aspects of the car. The salesman, sales manager and GM spent the time to ensure we were happy!! The warranty on the 2024 Certified was the bow on the total package. Infiniti priced the car very well compared to the Dallas Infiniti dealers who were not able to come near the price.The Sales team was excellent! Yes, I would buy another car from Georgetown Infiniti!

Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. Smoothest ride ever. You feel safe in this car and your overall visibility is great. Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

My husband and son needed a new vehicle asap which is difficult these days and my husband was in Austin only for the weekend to finalize a sale. Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

Having never owned a Mercedes-Benz before, I really had no idea what to expect. I am pleased to announce that, while having only owned it for two days, I am completely in love with this little SUV. Some of the controls are a little quirky compared to the 2020 Lincoln Corsair that preceded it, but I'm learning quickly and feeling more comfortable and confident with every mile!
