Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Everyone with whom I dealt was amazingly attentive and response, Jason Wong and the service rep assigned to me, Matthew. They deserve a real pat on the back for everything.

When we went to the dealership we knew what we wanted and what we didn't want and Rocco was patient, answered all of questions and let us make our own decision.

I always have an interesting car. I recently bought an AMG SLS Gullwing Coupe from MBOB. The sales associate, Mike, was exceptional. I did not have the car inspected, since MA has an auto warranty requirement. When I received the car, it did have a small oil leak. I have to say, I was concerned, since anything on an AMG car is expensive. However, after corresponding with Stephen (MBOB Service Director) and Tim (General Manager) they were good on their word and they coordinated with MB of Tucson for a valve cover gasket replacement. The car is fabulous, its condition is now perfect, MBOB's response was great, and I would not hesitate to buy a six figure car from them again!

We went in to veiw a used car. There was no sales pressure and the facility was excellent.

My service advisor Scott, always ensures that my car gets the best service, he keeps me updated throughout the entire process and sends frequent messages updating me about every single detail while the car is getting serviced. I recommend Mercedes Benz of Westwood, but more so I recommend Scott the service advisor to take care of my vehicles.

Everyone was very nice. The place was amazingly clean. I checked out a new car just to see what it was like and everybody was very helpful. Great experience.

Difficult to work with re scheduling. Didn?t follow up. Called at times asked not to. Often had to call back a few times to get an answer.

Great old fashioned way of doing business. Professional, smooth, non-rushed atmosphere. Mr. Paul Macchi is a great, concientious employee. I thank him for his courtesies and cordiality.
