Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

The service was good, we had a wheel speed sensor fail on the Shaguar. They got it fixed and it drives like a dream now. Also, the coffee bar?. OMG the coffee bar?. The coffee bar OMG. 10/10 would not recommend failing wheel speed sensors, but 10/10 would recommend this dealership.

I had a wonderful experience with the Mercedes dealership on Southwest Freeway Houston. My sales rep, Xu Pan called me within 15 minutes of my filling out the request for information about a used Lexus RX350. We set an appointment for the next day . She makes you feel right at home and address all the issues you may have or think you have with your car. Top notch service. She should be the staple of any service department.
