This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

Service advisor Sherry communicates very well and is always pleasant to deal with. Services are usually performed quickly and I always know where my vehicle is in the repair process as the service advisor updates me frequently. Sales Advisor Shannon Thompson is top notch! She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and is very professional.

I first met Christi with her friendly and engaging personality when starting to look for my next Mercedes Benz. She listened intently, understood my needs and that I was just beginning the shopping process. Three years later a CPO 2015 GLK 350 came along. During the test drive, Christi’s knowledge of Mercedes Benz was apparent as she describe the features and controls of this vehicle. Unfortunately this vehicle was not to be mine – it sold quickly and I wasn’t ready to act. Christi went to work with my best intentions in mind to help find my vehicle. Christi sent me updates of new vehicles arriving with pictures and detailed information. Through her hard work, patience, and tireless attitude, my GLK 350 crossed her desk. Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

The installation of a new hood ornament was speedy and a generally easy and pleasant operation, due to the service associate Shawn Durham. It is always a tremendous pleasure to do business with him.

I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. I worked with Omar and he did a great job during the entire process from picking me up at the airport to going over the technical issues with the AMG SL that I purchased. The paperwork was done in a matter of minutes as he had everything organized. He spent as much time as necessary getting me out the door for my enjoyable ride home to Memphis.
