ML is one of my favorite cars of all time. my 2015 ML350, is nimble, good on gas, plenty of power, low maintenance and smooth. I truly love driving it.

The 2012 used ml350 Bluetec that I purchased is a dream to drive. The small turning radius makes u-turns carefree. The Diesel engine purrs as quietly as a gas engine. It’s the 10th Mercedes that I’ve had, and the 2nd diesel. I plan on driving this car for many more years. It’s an Arizona car, 8 years old,and still like new. 61,000 miles and lots of life left.

I bought my car sight unseen, Clean Carfax and was someone’s corporate car so it had extremely low mileage for the year(80k) and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! Had never driven the ML other than a friend’s 2005 but the 2 don’t compare. I will drive this car until the wheels fall off and would definitely but another one

I visited Gene Pankey Motors after seeing some vehicles on their website that seemed interesting. There was no pressure, everyone was nice, it was a small store and they explained the care they go through to find these cars that it seems would be difficult for a "big dealership" would struggle to do when going through so much more inventory. I would normally be a little bit more skeptical about the little dealerships, especially on South Tacoma Way. They had the best interest rates around, and shopped me with all the best rates at all the credit unions in the area. After making my decision and applying for financing I was approved and able to leave in about 35 minutes to sign all the documents. It was nice not having to spend all day at a dealership. Glad I stopped by this place.

Very comfortable car, good for all uses, i own the ML-350 AMG Sport and its got very good acceleration for a heavier suv, the diesel engine is quite pokey but smooth at the same time, its very capable of cruising at high speeds comfortably but still manages to handle well in comfort mode, the gear changes arent the fastest but still fairly quick, i assume they would be for the ML63, had a issue with the rear suspension, one of the better equipped cars on the road if you own one with a high spec of optional extras, amazing styling and interior center console is a bit of a pain when you drop anything small on it such as crumbs, the gaps are quite big so alot fall in them and is hard to clean out, good car would definitely recommend buying if your looking at one

This is a well cared for used Mercedes ML350. While the paint displayed some of the effects of Hawaii sun, Autosource took the time and care to repaint the hood. Everything ine would expect from a Mercedes is still in this vehicle and should serve any new owner well for the length of time they desire to own it.

The 2008 Mercedes ML63 AMG is a comfortable and reliable vehicle. It's the best SUV I ever owned. The power of the 6.3 liter engine is exhilarating. I highly recommend this model. Even in today's suv market it outperforms other vehicles. A+++

I had called Auto Connections early one morning to inquire about a car I’d seen on Cars.com. A nice gentleman named Stu answered the phone. I really didn’t expect anybody to be at the facility as it was only 8 am. We had a wonderful conversation about growing up in Seattle, life in general, and lastly about the car I was interested in. About 30 minutes into the conversation I asked what his relationship with the dealership was? (I had assumed he was on the maintenance staff or the cleaning crew) To my Suprise he told me he was the owner, along with his partner Keith. I told him I’d be there in 5 hours and he said Keith would be waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership and entering the building I was totally floored! A collection of the most amazing vehicles I had seen in a long time. The next more impressive than the first, all beautiful and in pristine condition. I looked around and nobody was in the building which I found quite odd. (Most dealerships the sales staff swarms you). Finally I found a gentlemen in a back office, his name was Keith. What a wonderful individual. We drove the car around for several blocks and returned to the dealership. Keith provided the information about the vehicle, a CARFAX, what they had checked on the car and answered every question I had. Very comfortable individual to deal with. I was sold! We agreed upon a price and I told him I’d be back in the am with a check. There was no pressure to sign anything just a handshake, trust has been established. The next morning I met Stu the other owner. He was a wonderful gentlemen and we had a nice conversation. Doing my research that evening, I had discovered some issues with this particular vehicle and had gone down a Rabbit Hole on the internet. I made my concerns heard by Stu and he reluctantly gave me a few more hundred dollars off the price of the vehicle. This was both unfair to Keith, whom I had agreed to on a price, and to Stu who hadn’t been in on the prior days negotiations. When my wife and I returned a few days later, I returned the extra monies to Stu and apologized for my selfish behavior. I asked him to also sincerely apologize to Keith as we had made a purchase agreement. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience with Auto Connections. The car was made ready and any detailing and issues were addressed by Shane, the most grifted detail man in the business. This gentlemen is truly amazing at what he can do for a car. He went the extra 100 miles, even sanded the headlights for a clear beautiful look. Auto Connections covered all their bases and have the experience to truly find the car of your dreams. When dealing with Auto Connections please remember you are purchasing a “used car”. Bought this car with 106000 mi used and have not been disappointed. The V8 engine is high performance and 0-60 is 5.7 seconds with the high mileage. When I bought the car the interior was like new, the seats are comfortable enough that you can travel for hours without discomfort. Only downside is cost of repairs, as you get charged more for brand even outside of Mercedes dealership that you wouldn’t on other German makes like my VW rabbit.

Have a 14' ML 550, car was 70K new, this one with 65K miles was 27k pre owned. The vehicle is comfortable, deceivingly fast, and feels solid at highway speeds. I had been with BMW 15 years, but these M Class vehicles are more reliable overall and check more boxes with daily drivability. While BMW is certainly a driver's car, the cost to keep up is more. Tires that last only 25k, brakes @ 30k, oil leaks and so on. Audi Q5 is an inferior vehicle, smaller and has a choppy ride, especially on long trips and has a 4 cyl turbo which is loud, unless you get the SQ5. This is the 3rd M Class we have owned and had great reliability out of them into the 200k mile range. I don't see why this one won't as well. Very good ride on trips, has lane assist, active steering, collision avoidance,side cameras, parking sensors, and many other safety features. The 550 has a 4.7 twin turbo V8 that will run with the best on the road, a real sleeper with performance. Very smooth acceleration. Has a lot of features standard that are up charged on the ML350. These are a little hard to find since 75% that were sold were ML 350 V6 models. No substitute for engine size and power out on the highway. If you can pick one up, you will be satisfied, for sure.

We bought this SUV used and I dare say that if at all possible, I would never go back to any other make. It is super reliable, I have had no major issues ( it had 109K miles on it) and it goes through snow like no other!

Finally found the car I'd been looking for with BLUETEC diesel. Performance - top notch - still has passing gear/power available at 3 digits +! Interior is spacious and appointments with details are what I expect from Mercedes. Owned a '86 300D and sold it with 365K miles six years ago...it's still running smoothly for that 2nd owner. And, we got 29.8 mpg over first 500 miles today!

ML 320 98 . Gd ride once totally repaired. Experience to fix & expensive .Gd transmission, allows u to shift gears confidently. Low gears have Alot of torque. If u push it , will respond like all bullet proof Benz engines. 1 -10? Solid 8.5! 350000 m & still kickn xxx!!!

I currently on this fee ical and purchased it 3 years ago. With only 19000 miles on it! It is a fabulous car. It may not have all of the current Bells and whistles that the new ones do but it does have the Driver assist sensors that help with determining your location in proximity to other cars and objects as well as when you're changing lanes. Love this car and wanna keep it for a while! It was made in Germany and built like a tank and is one of the last diesels that Mercedes made. We have had minimal Necessary repairs. The car currently has around 85000 miles on it. Just love this car!

I first learned about the ML350 4matic from a best friend who purchased one back in 2009. He had returned from Iraq and bought one used his first day back in the U.S. He still has that car and it has 325K miles on it and it's running great still. That completely sold me on their reliability (at least for the gasoline engine, not the bluetec diesal). I've met several other ML owners who've experienced the exact same thing with their cars well over 200K and running strong. It's like an inside secret that they're one of the most durable SUV's ever made. Besides being extremely reliable (haven't had even a single issue go wrong), this car is a complete joy to drive everywhere (highway/city) in ANY kind of weather. I live in Denver and travel up to our mountains regularly, and this handles ice, snow, DEEP snow like it was nothing. It makes driving on icy snow-packed roads actually fun due to the confidence it inspires with it's AWD. In short, this is truly one of the best SUVs ever made by ANY manufacturer, and I've driven them all. I can't give it enough praise as it just does everything exceptionally well.
