He listens to your concerns, notes the issues and then recommends a plan of action . There was practically no waiting at this service call and promptly provided transportation since I had to leave my car overnight. I really appreciate his transparency, proactive communication, and personalized solutions. He even showed empathy for the inconvenience of my car issue and was instrumental in obtaining a discount of service repairs on a complicated transmission issue. I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

Very impressed with the handling and the fuel economy. I have trouble sitting in a regular car seat because of back pain. This vehicle has a totally different seat position. It also has tons of driver aids, side sensors, backup camera and auto high/low headlights

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

My sales person, Daekwon was great from the moment we met him. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and he answered any questions or concerns I had. Marcy from finance was great as well. I’d certainly send family and friends to Tasca Kia in Johnston. The only thing I am disappointed about is that although they cleaned the vehicle and made sure the gas tank was full, the battery wasn’t charged. It was at 15%. Had I realized that and/or understood, I would have had them charge it.

The gas motor is outstanding, features are amazing and very safe. The entire van is very well engineered for ease of use and great features.
