Just last week me and my family drove over to see this beauty. It was only the second car I looked at but I fell in love with it. A gentleman named Dylan helped us out with the purchase and buying a car can take awhile but he made it as seamless as possible, telling us what he was doing, or what we were waiting on right away. I traded a '19 Corvette Z06 M7 even up for my '21 GLA45AMG. I expected a huge drop in performance from that 650 hp monster, but the Mercedes is quick, corners well, and the brakes are strong. The chassis is better sorted than the Z06's, steering and braking feel is better, and the firm ride isn't punishing, despite 255/35-21 tires. I'm still learning how everything functions, and much of it is convoluted and counterintuitive. Give me a month. The Burmester audio upgrade for $850 is a bargain, as opposed to other ludicrously overpriced options. I recommend Dynamic Plus even though mine doesn't have it. Upgrade leather seats are armchair comfy, but I wanted the better performance seats, which were hideously costly. I always buy high performance vehicles, and even after my last scary death chariot, this car is plenty.

Working with MB Laguna and their Internet Sales Department is always fantastic. I have leased or purchased over a half dozen vehicles from them over the past 10 years and most recently have worked with David Abrams who is phenomenal. While I live in North County San Diego and have several other MB dealerships in my area, they are unable to match the people and pricing of MB Laguna. I’m happy to be a loyal customer.

We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time. Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.

I am 79 years old grandmother and climbing up and into this auto is amazing. Good thing for a lotta traffic cause speeding isn't a problem, this car talks to you, come on lady give me some gas. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

It's only been 12 days so far, but I'm looking for a specific make, model & year. I've received two useful emails about maintenance and managing buying a used vehicle. The dealership has opened a net among its other dealers and has kept in contact with me. I'm optimistic about my difficult request being fulfilled. This is a huge purchase, and the dealaership has kept in good contact.

Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

Car was ready for test drive as promised turned out to be what I wanted. Sales person was very attentive and helpful. The few items that needed correction was handled right away.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. Most reliable and usefull car I've had as a daily driver. Everything in the interior is placed where it should be found functionally. Power, while not a muscle car, is more than adequate. Gas mileage is excellent. Adjusting from Comfort to Sport make a very noticeable impact on the driving experience from gear shifting to steering...

I absolutely love the feel and performance of this suv. The electronics are state of the art. Excellent road performance in rain, snow or wind. My only complaint is the running board- it needs to be at least 1 inch wider. Actually dangerous in snow and ice.
