I have driven an S Class Mercedes since 1995. I have not owned anything else. This 2023 S 580 4matic is amazing. With four wheel steering, turns are tighter than you predict. The performance is more than I can handle today and more than adequate. Interior, comfort and exterior are all within my normal Mercedes expectations. After driving this vehicle for 30 years, I am not sure I can accept LESS. Most any vehicle is accepting LESS. I also own a 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged V8. Just as impressive but not as comfortable. The S Class is what all other vehicle manufacturers are typically chasing to "meet". I have test driven many comparable cars, but none worth buying.

I visited 6 dealerships in a month prior to arriving to Goudy Honda. All other dealers where unwilling to work a deal. As the last dealer on my list, I arrived at Goudy. Pete and his staff from the beginning made sure I was taken care of. Tim made sure I was well informed with the vehicle and different models in inventory. He made sure I was well informed with the vehicle I was interested prior to my purchase. They worked with me in crunching the numbers and got the greatest deal!! I just picked up my S580 Lux-Line in Emerald Green over Sienna Brown, and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I have owned five S-Class models since 2010, including this new one, and I can say this is the best iteration yet from an overall perspective. While I still think the W222 was the best-looking (especially my 2019 S560 with the refreshed look and AMG pack), this new one does not disappoint at all. The Emerald Green is stunning in the sunlight, my favorite color yet. And the interior is on another level from a luxury and tech standpoint. I loved the interiors of all the S-Class models I've owned, but this current one is my favorite. The seats are super supportive, and the vast amount of tech is amazing. The new infotainment screen takes time to learn and get used to, but I feel the "Hey, Mercedes" function makes doing small things like putting in a Navigation request easier than going through the main screen. From a driving perspective, the ride is the best yet, just like gliding on a cloud. I've been lucky to have driven Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's in my lifetime, and this ride is as close as I've seen the S-Class come to being even with those vehicles on this front. And, the V8 is plenty punchy when needed, so it can be a fun vehicle to take on windy roads if you so desire. Overall, a wonderful vehicle and a bargain when you compare it to the other super-luxury vehicles on sale. I'm looking forward to the next few years of owning such an awesome car.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! I've been putting off getting a new card because the exhausting process (in the past) is so anxiety provoking for me. I've had 2 Mercedes in the past, and never had a bad experience. On a whim, I began looking online and searched all the MB dealerships around and, by far, Mercedes Benz of Long Beach had the best inventory and most competitive prices. So, I sent an email inquiry about one of their vehicles and within an hour, the Internet Sales Manager (Joel Turett) got in touch with me. Even with less than perfect credit, Joel had me financed in about 20 minutes. The next day I came in, test drove a couple vehicles I liked and finally settled on one. I got a more than expected fair trade on my old Mercedes, and was leaving there in a short time with my new car. In the past when car shopping (especially at MB dealerships), I've always felt I was treated "less than", because I wasn't buying $75,000 car. Not the case here! From Joel, to the sales manager, to the woman in the finance department... everyone was so kind and helpful. I'm not one to write reviews often, but I felt I needed to express my positive experience, especially with Joel. You can't go wrong contacting him if you're in the market for a Mercedes. He's patient, has been working there for over a decade so he is beyond knowledgeable, and, most importantly, never once pressured me or made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. LSM Cars by far has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very honest, sincere and made the whole buying process easy from start to finish. I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

About 18 months ago I purchased a 2016 Z-51 with just over 8,000 miles. I was ecstatic because the car had never been registered, making me the original owner. The first time I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership for an oil change however, all sorts of red flags popped up, indicating that not much of the usually-outstanding GM warranty applies to my car. It had been used at a high performance vehicle instruction driving school so most of the warranty had been wiped out. This doesn't really matter....except if you ever want to sell the vehicle. All Vette buyers these days check CAR FAX and warranties against the VIN and its been my experience that none will TOUCH these training track vehicles. I now have 15,000 miles on her and all has performed FANTASTICALLY!!!

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!
