We got our EQB 300 with Pinnacle trim in September and we love it. It is easy to drive and has excellent performance for our needs. You can drive this car with one foot and rarely have to apply the brakes until you need to stop. Handles well at high speeds.

I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Two weeks after purchasing the car I had to do a road trip from NYC to DC. I stopped twice to charge. Once in Delaware and during a rest stop in Maryland they had free charging so I thought “might as well.” I could have made it to my destination in DC with just one stop. The car is comfortable, responsive and fun to drive. The reason I don’t give the car the full 5 stars is the range. I was told the range was 242 miles. I have charged it to 100% only once because manual says not to charge more than 80% to preserve battery life. If the range of this vehicle was 300+ miles I would give it a 5 star review. As range gets better, I can see myself trading it in in 2-3 years.

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Do they send Infiniti service advisor to Japan for training? My service advisor was polite and very customer oriented. I was sitting in service waiting area. When Mr. Ortiz came to inform me about updates, I was ready get up from chair to talk to him. He came and knelt? down then explained to me about current status. Wow, I thought that was very cool and definitely customer oriented action. That moment I was thinking about buying another Infiniti next time.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.
