I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Excellent vehicle. Great mix of value, performance, comfort and looks. I've had 2 Audis and a Mercedes in the past and this is by far my favorite of them all. I am able to fit a baby seat in the back and it's a little smaller than I'd like but it's perfect for what I need. There are also a lot of after market performance mods for those that are interested.

I bought a 2017 GLE AMG 43 coupe used in October of 2024 with 106,091 miles. First thing I did was replace all brakes, rotors, and tires. Even though I’ve had the vehicle for a few months, I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Drove it from Michigan to South Carolina and Georgia, drove wonderfully. It was my dream car to purchase and prayerfully I hope to reach 300,000 miles in this vehicle. I just love this body style much better than the newer GLE AMG 53 coupe. The growl and cold cranks is what got me along with burps when in sport plus 🤤🤤🤤🤤 my first B3 oil change is coming up soon. I have to say I love how Mercedes has stepped up there game because my previous Mercedes C300 luxury use to always have a tire pressure light on. It use to drive me insane. I hate having any type of orange lights on my dash lol.

My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I actually looked at 2 other local dealerships and had terrible experiences at both. Mike and everyone I worked with at Hendrik Lexus was superior in every way. They did not take advantage because I am a woman, were up front about all costs/fees, didn't waste my time, etc. Seriously a breath of fresh air. These guys are not sleazy sales car guys trying to make $$. They will not pressure you and want you to find the correct car for you. Will sing their praises to friends and family and will definitely be back.

Had two issues; Evaporator Core had to be replaced ($4k) and the drivers seat (Mtex) ripped two times and appears to be ready to rip again. The evaporator core failed when the car was 4 years old. It is a common problem. Recommend anyone with this vehicle purchase an extended warranty. Also, the front brakes only last for 25K miles. They are very soft and very expensive (dealer cost to replace $1,200, DIY is $250).

I must say when I first purchased the vehicle it handled very smoothly now when I took it to get the smoke smell out it drive like the new parts were taken out so I have to take it back to the dealership and get another car and have it inspected. I don?t know what it is with my local Mercedes dealership, but it seems that every time I get out of my car and go in to talk about service or even look at a new car. They don?t provide any attention. I bought my 400 convertible, therefore, Not from a dealership but from a company that featured low mileage just off least nice cars. I went over to the dealership and the only people that seem to have any understanding of customer service where the young guys and girls who valet the cars. They?ve changed batteries with a smile and a tip, but the service desk, the sales people and the service writers don?t really wanna pay any attention to you Because I was down in North Naples, I stopped at the Bonita Springs Mercedes-Benz operation. It couldn?t have been nicer. Approached me provided the help that I needed, and even shared that they were aware of the problem of the door control plastic coatings on the buttons peeling off and that they experienced it personally, they were very happy to order a device and get it installed. Wonders never cease.

We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.
