I needed to make a car purchase decision quickly because my previous car was destroyed in an accident. I wasn't thinking of a Mercedes but I could not find the right car in the other brands I was considering. I located a low-mileage CLS450 and was shown the car by Remington Logue. I liked the car and found Remington to be very easy to work with. Also, Zach Hill did a great job explaining the workings of the car to my wife and me. I don't usually buy extended warranties and pre-paid maintenance programs but, in this case, it fit my circumstances to do so. If my future service experiences measure up to my purchase, I will feel that this is one of my best car-buying experiences.

Best Mercedes I have ever owned. Accept for normal maintenance the car has never had a service call. The Brigstone tires that came with the were terrible. Only got 20,000 miles out of them.

Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!

Monday Early Bird - no appointment - for a Sprinter van electronic issue. Extremely courteous staff and a huge thank you to Service Advisor Bill Stamper. While waiting the dealership offered no charge access to their cafe! The cafe has huge TV screens which keep you advised of your service progress. My van was repaired by 10:30! I only wish my home Dealer was this big to take care if our Mercedes’ but, its a small town. Overall Mercedes-Chandler is a “Home Run” business! 😎 If only they had a G Wagon to test drive while waiting. 🤠

It is a wonderful car. The interior is exceptional and the technology is state of the art. The drive is the best I have experienced in any car I have driven. Had the car for a short time and zero issues or problems. Overall a super luxury SUV. For the extra money and given the cost of new cars, the MB GLE 350 is worth the extra expense.

We bought a used C300 and there was some damage to one of the door panels. We had to get the panel spray dyed to repair it after the purchase and the general manager covered the cost. Great post-sale support!

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Even though some inventories are not with them, but they still try the best to arrange and organize with the other MB dealer in order to help you to receive the best service. I went there looking for a Jeep I saw on Cars.com and they got me a carfax report and test drive (a good long freeway and street drive) as soon as I arrived. They were extremely friendly and honest. They admitted that the Jeep had been in an accident but proved that it was only a fender bender. As a matter of fact, they guarantee not to sell cars with any type of frame or flood damage. They even replaced the battery for free because they noticed some corrosion on the connection when I was inspecting it. They let me look the car up and down, inside and out as much as I wanted. They HARDLY charge ANY fees! It's great. The taxes and fees together were only 10 percent of the list price. Best customer service I've ever had at a dealer! This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

Great for king trips. Excellent throttle response, passing power, seats upright and comfortable and draws attention wherever it goes. Only negative is wind noise and fuel consumption. Oh,well it is a 577HP refrigerator.
