I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

After I retired I knew any car that I bought from then on would probably be used. I live in rural Maine where winters are variable but always challenging with bouts of snow, freezing rain and cold. The State of Maine’s official policy is for all roads to be clear of ice and snow within 24 hours of the end of a storm so to accomplish this feat a lot of ice melt i spread which wrecks havoc with the ice and snow that covers the road but also will steadily eat away at the undersides and running components of cars. I had been hunting for a Mercedes Benz SUV that had certain items of equipment necessary for my use here in Maine. There it was sparkling with not only the right equipment but the right use and maintenance history: Now for many people buying a car sight unseen located more than 1200 miles away might seem impossible. But from the deep information on the Supreme Carriage website the condition of the vehicle seemed to be outstanding. I had a fairly lengthy discussion with Shaun, the owner on the phone. This car is something I really love. It has so many built in features that are there to assist the driver and passengers, and provide comfort. It is also an impressively FAST car! I was out on an open highway years ago, and the more I stepped on the gas pedal, the faster the car "flew". It refused to level off at any maximum speed.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

Purchased in 2015, nothing is broken except consumables until 2023. It has a bit of a turborek, so it's less driving, but it has an agile driving feeling.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I love the car so far but I’ve only had it for two weeks. I had a 2015 Equinox before getting the GLB250. I looked at the GLA and GLC, as well as other manufacturers, but really liked the GLB. I must say I was smitten with Mercedes-Benz and always wanted to own one. So my thought process was rather jaded. I got the AMG package that offered a few other options that I like as well. I was concerned about it only being a inline 4 instead of a V6 but it seems to have the pickup and drive to soften that concern. The only thing that is stupid is the easy exit seat. It does not function as to what your definition of easy exit would be. Other vehicles have what I would consider easy exit. This vehicle does not. Even the sales associate was dumbfounded by it.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.
