I just wanted to test drive a Metris. I have visited this dealership previously to have my wife's SLK serviced. I had been working around the house stopped by in casual clothes, jeans and boots. It was suggested that another dealer, perhaps Novi could better serve me. I was treated as if I were a pauper wasting the salesman's time. I did in fact visit a different dealer and purchased a new Suburban. I never test drove the Metris and now will never need to.
Just purchased my first Mercedes-Benz from Shannon Thompson. So happy to have her as my sales woman! After she showed me around the dealership and met some of the department heads; I felt like family. Heck, I even met the owner! 5 Stars for MB of Bloomfield!
I have been to this dealership two times to look at cars because I am a very picky person, no I have not made a decision yet but if I do choose Mercedes I would definitely buy one from here, my salesman name was Aaron, he is such a sweet and genuine down to earth person, he took his time to answer any questions that I may have had, never once did he make me feel that he wasn't genuine and I critique people all the time when it comes to customer service because I feel that great or bad customer service goes a long way, he is definitely a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield AND the funny part about it is that a lot of people told me not go to this dealership because their salesmen was snobbish and rude and that is SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH, I'm glad I went to find out for myself! Would I recommend this dealership to others there should be a spot for ABSOLUTELY because ABSOLUTELY, yes I will!
I bought my first Mercedes from here and shopped all around before I did. Being my first "non-American" car, I wanted to make sure I got the perfect vehicle. I am just your average income person that wanted to reward myself with a really nice car for all my hard work through the years. I was deciding near the end between a BMW and the E350. It was the customer service at this dealership that won me over and I love my E350!!! I've been in for service (scheduled maintenance) a few times now and have been really impressed that they treat you so good even after you've signed on the line. I will say the service is more expensive then I am used to but I only go once a year now and the give me a loaner. Highly recommend Mercedes and this dealership!
I'm buying a new C350 Coupe from this dealership. I'll be the first to admit I am not their typical customer with a mid-high six figure income; but the C350 is priced within my budget and I think I was being ignored slightly because I wanted to talk about the base [C Class] vehicles instead of the AMG editions which are way out of my price range. A well equipped C350 is between $45-47000. The sale person repeatedly tried to get me to add items to the car that I do not need or want simply because they had that car on their lot. I won't suggest that others shop here until after they win the lottery. I'm sure this dealer would frown on serving new money as well.
After a negative experience at a different Mercedes dealership, I sought Christi Armstrong out because of her positive online reviews. I now see why people have taken the time to review her performance. She's great! She's honest, very knowledgeable about the product, has a passion for driving, and went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and have fun with the car buying experience. The whole staff is excellent ??? Nancy who always says 'hello' and follows up every visit with a call, and Dan who did the financials was just a delight to work with. I can't say enough about this dealership, the people there are great, down to earth, and extremely customer-focused. We are big fans!
I have an old Mercedes with a crazy diagnostic and stop running. I took the car on a flat bed trailer and drop in for service. Shawn Durham helped me making room for the car without an appointment and even to park it (did I mentioned that he had to push the car becaus was not running?) I have not enough words to express my gratitude. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and (even more) thanks to Shawn.

Moved to Ann Arbor a year ago, and have leased a new M-B every 3 years over the last 7 US cities in which I've lived. This last was year 3 with my previous vehicle; over that time, Dan Wilson and his service staff (esp. Beth and Bryan) were consistently professional and engaging, ensuring a positive outcome every time. For the new lease, I partnered with Christianna Armstrong - whom oversaw the research, due diligence, and ultimately - delivery of the new vehicle. The entire experience with her was nothing short of superb; she was informed, responsive, and a true ambassador for what great customer experience should be. And to prove what's good goes full circle: Dan Wilson was promoted to the Finance Director, so was able to continue that positive interaction with him as part of this this latest chapter. In total, the last 18 months with M-B of Ann Arbor has been awesome, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them. THANK YOU!
Mickey Hurley is very friendly, knowledgeable and was extremely accommodating during our visit. He patiently explained all different options for the vehicle and helped us choose the right model. He even drove to our home to set the garage door codes. He sets high standards for customer service. It was pleasure doing business with Mickey. Dan, who is the finance manager at this dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail about various warranties.
Michael was very accommodating and patient. He was easy to work with and eagerly helped me to find a car that met all of my needs. Dan, the finance manager patiently explained every step at the closing.
First of all, many thanks to Micheal???s help on getting us a new car! Frankly speaking, we were going to the dealer just for a flat tire instead of leasing a new car. But Micheal???s personality attracted us and the price offered was unable to refuse. We were impressed by Micheal???s amicableness and Eric???s knowledgeable response on leasing terms. We were in a unique situation of needing parts and service for our R350 to continue on our journey home.
