Bought 2 Mercedes last year and can only say good things about everyone I came in contact with. Maybe these people with bad reviews had legitimate issues or maybe they are competing dealerships just badmouthing, don't know, BUT I can only say it was a good experience buying cars from them. I also had to service one of the vehicles once, had a loaner, again everything great. Next purchase time if I'm not happy, I'll certainly post it. Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. Dynamic mode gives you everything from Econo to Sport. The dash is beautiful, the ride is excellent and the price is fantastic. A win all the way around.
