Great car, terrible dealers and maintenance costs. I have had two GLA vehicles, a 2016 GLA45 AMG and this one a 2018 GLA 250 AWD. I have a love-hate relationship. The car itself is really enjoyable and the 208hp dual clutch drive train is nearly perfect in my mind for sporty but efficient driving. It has good acceleration, little to no lag and I can consistently hit the high 30’s for mileage in the mountains of Colorado. I have gotten 38mpg over a 250 mile trip. It is mid 20’s around town which is good because you need premium gas. The storage areas are small-ish and funky but doable and has two USB ports in the center console with no grooves for the cables but they will pass through. I recommend blind spot detection as a must because the side mirrors have a large blind spot you cannot dial out. The car runs very smoothly, absorbs bumps well and decent sound proofing for this size. The power lift gates, keyless doors on all four doors just touching the handles is perhaps my favorite comfort feature. It drives like a car so if you like high SUV seating positions this is not for you. Air works great, electronics are kind of odd for 2018 so having Apple Car Play is a must in my mind if you are buying used. I really love the car for it’s details, lovely interior and performance and can recommend it to others based on those things. The huge negative for Mercedes is they are hands down the worst dealerships and I interacted with three. They do all the classic dealer tricks and the maintenance costs on a car running perfectly fine will make you bleed. An A service (odd years) was $933.00 and they wisely will not tell you that till you show up. Shop around as another dealer was only about 60% of that. I just replaced a dead battery today and it was $639.00 and done in less than an hour. I would go to an independent shop for half price maintenance unless a warranty item (I have extended/CPO). In the end this makes me give up on Mercedes. Cars are wonderfully engineered and truly enjoyable and look great but dealers and everything associated suck. Yeah, I know there are probably good ones and if you don’t mind a siphon in your wallet and typical dealer tricks then you will love them and they will love you. So, 100% recommend the car and a 100% thumbs down on the dealers. Research yours carefully and if good or if you can go to an independent then jump on the car if you like sporty, elegant and fun.

The guys in the service dept are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have always had a great service experience with our older Volvo. The problem is always taken care of in a timely manner!

A high performance SUV that does multiple things well (performance, comfort, daily driving). The only downside is gas mileage on the V8 (although it’s worth it for the sound).

Got my car in the shop in a pinch. Excellent communication. Made sure it was safe to drive before I picked it up.

This SUV looks very cute, drives extremely well, highly maneuverable, very stable, and is easy to park anywhere. Its interior is fabulous. It remains stable in cross winds and in tight corners.

I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

We felt welcomed from the moment we inquired on a vehicle! They were so helpful, quick to answer any question and truly made the experience positive. Our sales person Cash was outstanding and made the whole process fun and exciting! Highly recommend!

I did not buy the car that Auto Kings has for sale. They are in Bend, Oregon and, being in Seattle, I was unable to see the car 'in-person.' However, I can speak highly of the customer service and willingness of this family-owned dealership to go the extra mile to make the initial process comfortable. They took the time to send me additional pictures of the car and were honest about the blemishes that I could not see in a photograph. I felt no pressure and believe that they truly wanted the best for me. They were even trying to find a way to incorporate some work in the Seattle area so that they could deliver the car to me. Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

The salesperson was very informative and knew so much about the GLC300 we were deciding to purchase. It felt like information overload as he was explaining it to us but only because there are so many great features on this car and so much to learn. The garage staff did a great job of getting the car ready for us to drive off of the lot.

Best Mercedes-Benz SUV. On a road trip, you can’t go wrong with this machine. I just traded in my 2020 for a 2024. I’m to totally happy with it

Austin was very helpful and completely honest about the truck I was looking to buy, even though I found one closer to my location, they helped me negotiate a better price for the one in my town! Who does stuff like that?! They're integrity and drive to help you in any way deserves your business. I was astounded, by their service and follow up helping me, even though I live over 400 miles away from Bend, Oregon. AMAZING. I highly recommend them!! Josh and Austin are the flippin' GOLD STANDARD for "used" Salesmen. The only reason I didn't buy the truck from them was because my credit union would'nt let me purchase a vehicle from out of state.

I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

I purchased my MB certified 2019 GLE400 two years ago and have driven 30K miles with no issues. I have owned several SUVs - Audi & Toyota Landcruisers; the 400 is by far the best. Very comfortable ride, excellent handling, acceleration, smooth braking & quiet. 17-18 around town; 25-27 highway. It takes a learning curve for the entertainment center but afterwards very easy. Above all - I feel safe driving my family. MB for life!!

Although the transmission is not the smoothest, and the ride can be a little rough, it’s a great car that has a lot of great features. Best in class and great styling

Just bought a very lovely 2018 Audi Q5 and I couldn't be happier. I worked w/Jordan and he was absolutely stellar to work with. I was looking around town at different dealerships and he was so patient and helpful. We finally met up and he showed me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to spend. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a newer, more expensive car. Once I decided on the car I wanted the buying experience was very casual and not stressful at all. I picked up a 2018 550 and fell in love! By far one of the best vehicles I have ever owned. The big comfortable SUV is responsive both with acceleration and handling. The 3rd row is actually usable unlike others! There are many suspension settings that actually work. I drive from the highway in sport mode, through feet of snow In the mountains in winter to the the class 4 roads of VT in mud season! Never have a problem. If this was the last car I ever own, I would be satisfied!

I bought an RSQ8 from Justin Levine and cannot say enough good things about Justin and this dealership. They were responsive and made the entire process very smooth and stressed free. Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. I am 79 years old grandmother and climbing up and into this auto is amazing. Good thing for a lotta traffic cause speeding isn't a problem, this car talks to you, come on lady give me some gas. I had 04 Tuareg vw, steering column died, no replacement. So, I am a Mercedes Lady now. So far, it's good. My auto is black with black interior.

Very smooth transaction. Arrived at price over the phone. Drove the 3 hrs to Bendm viewed the car, they checked out my trade and I was on my way back to Portland in 2 hours.

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

This car met all of my needs compared to the other cars I looked at. This car drives great with no issues so far. Botti mention the clean look inside and out
