I went to a few dealership on Saturday with my wife looking for a car for my college bound son. We were both impressed with Arko and how kind and easy going they were. A few places we went to didn't even bother to come out and say hello. When we told Arko we weren't looking to purchase quite yet he still gave us the same attention as he did when he thought he'd maybe have a sale that day. We will for sure be back.

Due to a catastrophic engine failure on the mid-sized 4DR Sedan/hatchback I was driving, I made a crisi$ purchase of a 2008 Mariner in Jan 2019. The price was low, as it would soon need all new tires, new front brake pads & rotors, as well as both front steering control arms w/ball joints replaced, and, an alignment, of course, AND it had 239,ooo miles on that CD4E transmission. But inside was clean, and I was on a limited budget, and this car left me with some cash in hand for parts, and it would carry the stuff I need for work. So, I spent a weekend rolling around on the garage floor, replacing all the hard parts, got some good rubber on it, and paid for an alignment to get it driving straight: 25 months/25,ooo miles later, that V-6 is still going pretty strong, starts well in subzero (F) cold, and the transmission is still hanging in there, too! Runs pretty quiet: have to watch my speed! Just wish the upper display worked: if I bump the radio channel button, it takes a while to get back to my station!

I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

The Hybrid system is great I use the car for work it has gone though many snow storms and rain storms even an ice storm. It's always worked very well

This vehicle was originally rated at 15 mpg in the city and 19 mpg on the highway. I get 16 mpg in the city and 22 to 23 mpg on the highway in the summer and 20 to 21 in the winter. I have 243,000 miles on this vehicle. Drawback at this time is probable short in the wiring in which the drivers power seat will sometimes go back unexpectedly. Also excessive rust below door entry points. Tows very well(22’ camper)

This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. I am 6'1 and while I am not a big guy I feel cramped In most cars . The mariner gives me the most space I have ever had in the driver seat. I still feel relaxed after a long drive. It has a stylish look and the hybrid is great on gas and still provides space and convenience for family.

I’ve had my 2008 Mercury Mariner VOGA Edition for 5 years and it still runs fantastic! It has 167,000 miles on it and is the best-looking vehicle I’ve ever owned. I love it so much that I had the opportunity to trade it in for something newer but I just can’t part with it. Great small SUV and great gas mileage.

This size SUV serves all of our family needs, is easy and fun to drive, it handles all the winter weather driving conditions safely, is reliable and tows our fishing boat.

Me and my girl bought a 2008 Mercury Mariner in March 2019, so it already was 11 years old. However we bought the car with 54k miles on it, it is the base model, so it does have a cloth interior and unfortunately lacks the automatic headlights, leather seats, and steering wheel mounted stereo controller, however it is a 4WD with the 3.0 V6 it has power, it has the get up, however living in Pittsburgh she feels the gas milage of a v8 most of the time, the car has needed a ball joint, and a lower control arm, but for 11 years old she rides great, she runs good, and I wish Ford would make a new one, next one will likely be an Escape hopefully without a turbocharger, love the way these cars look and perform though

The car is all we wanted and more. Lot of inside space. Lots of extra electronic to get used to. Car rides like a new car.
