I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

Bought this to replace a RAV4 Hybrid in March. It's a great car, especially for the money. We've averaged at least 43 MPG over the 7000 miles so far. Car looks nice, rides nice. No need for a Lexus when you can get a Crown Signia. Our house is 6/10 of a mile down a dirt road, a little more ground clearance would be nice, other than that it's perfect.

I haven’t had a bad experience so far, but i have only been here a few times for service. I am scared because of all these terrible reviews though. Management really needs to fix these problems. Big red flag. Again, I’ve had no issues. Leased a car and been in for service.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The main team member that helped and initiated contact with me was Art Manni. He was fantastic. Not once did I feel pressured with the purchase process. Art followed up with me, multiple times, even after I left the dealership, providing information to help me make a fully informed decision. Last minute I decided to look at another vehicle in their inventory, despite Art having cleaned/prepped the vehicle I initially chose. Art didn’t bat an eye and showed me the vehicle without giving me any grief. Art and his team made this otherwise tedious/burdensome process rather enjoyable. Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Back left tire received a nail in the side wall. Tire was nonrepairable. Brought the truck and bad tire in, they repaired it, by replacement. they did it fast and with no hassle.

After owning many Nissan LEAFs over the years (Canadians kept buying them from me), the newer body style in 2018 release was a total winner. Better looking and the ride is definitely more refined, and our 2022 is flawless. These cars are the best kept secret in motoring. They are a HUGE value, and would be a great only car, but in almost all instances, the PERFECT second vehicle. They cost almost nothing to drive and maintain, and the insurance is also very reasonable.

Purchased the 2022 Kia Sorento Phev Prestige 3 weeks ago & couldn't be happier. This vehicle is a dream to drive. It handles with the ease & control of a luxury sedan, but with the added benefit of a roomy cabin that makes your trip, short or long a comfortable driving experience. We’re all looking to get more bang for our buck these days, and although the initial sticker price mark-up may present a bit of an initial shock, (what vehicle new or used, doesn’t do that these days) I enjoy the peace of mind that most of my daily trips throughout the week allow me to mission accomplish without using an ounce of petro; and yet, if the need arises, I have the added assurance that it’s available without a hiccup, by delivering the power we expect it to have. In my opinion, for those reasons & more, it has to be one of the best plug-in SUV’S on the road. The federal credit isn’t a bad deal either,

James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

I just purchased a used 2016 Luxury Coupe 2.0. Love the driving experience and the styling/interior. 64,000 miles. The Kona interior with sapa wood trim is beautiful . Only problem so far is one of the HID headlights is going out, expensive to replace.

Took car in for a recall and also got an oil change. Sara was great as usual. Was there for 3 hours and thats the reason for the 4 star review instead of a 5.

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

Everything went perfect at the dealership From salesman, Carlos Carter and his team being very friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. They were able to secure financing quickly for me. Once at the dealership everything moved quickly. I viewed the vehicle, test drove it, and signed my paperwork. Overall great experience.

I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

Communication was great, as well as the follow-up, couldn't get them to budge on the price though.

Spent few months doing research before I made the purchased. I chose the XLE instead of the limited trim because XLE comes equipped with majority of the features and functionality I need and I definitely don’t want the bigger wheels for ride comfort reason. The 2.5L engine can be bit noisy just like the RAV4 I had. Really hope Toyota would make more improvement for the noise from the engine.
