I love my cooper S. It is fast, gas efficient, Very compact/fits everywhere!!!Fun to drive. Handles the road great. Color combos are perfect. Believe it or not, tons of room for groceries/ boxes etc.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Cars USA in Virginia Beach. I really appriciate all that Nick did in working with me. The other folks in the office were nice, real people, and the shop folks came through. I had a great experience considering such a large purchase, at least for me. The process was fast and smooth, just like my ride home. Oh, Nick actually went back to the airport with me to return my rental, brought me back to start my trip home. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.

Norm is the face you see as you drive by early in the morning or late at night always has a smile. The overall mech are lead by Mike and they are very detail know how to make all repairs work. They will work with all customer to make that repair work. Mr. Moe is awesome very pleasant and know his business.
