I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

This was my second visit to this place. The salesman was really nice,helpful and I got a car at a great price. I highly recommend this place.

Love the Mini Cooper S convertible. It drives live a bullet and is heavy as a tank. The styling is so elegant. Most fun car I’ve ever owned.

We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

It did take some time to get a price on the vehicle that I was interested in. When I did get a response I was also made aware that the vehicle had been sold days earlier. Tye internet office should be aware of the inventory at hand. At the end the service was good.

Still relatively new with just over 200mls, but a fun car to run around in. Comfortable ride and pretty zippy with the turbo. Quite surprised how roomy for a small car and can’t wait for a trip to see if it’s comfortable after a few hours in the car

I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle than when I bought our Jeep Wrangler on 12/17/2015. Lets face it, most of the time this is not the case. This dealership, specifically Rolando, my salesperson, and Marco, the sales manager, stepped up and met my request on pricing and add-ons with no pushback. I would send my friends, family, and strangers to this location. But the person who really turned the lemons into cold beer, was Leslie Cooper, the Finance Director. She could orcerstrata a class in customer service and professionalism. It was nothing short of spectacular! She was prepared, professional and informed from the moment I stepped into her office....and kinda funny! I will never purchase another vehicle from any another location, ever.

This is such a fun car! It is great to drive and handles well. I have the convertible and it has been a delight to take family and friends around in the Mini. I feel like I'm in a movie as I drive a long - even when going to the grocery store!

Fun to drive. Handles the road with lots of power and great gas mileage. Trunk space is ok, but you have to be a good packer Good interior room for a small convertible .

I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. On the following Friday evening I reached back out to Aaron to see if he had a different model in inventory. Turned he did and offered me a better deal than the dealership in Phoenix.I decided to go back to Fausto and Aaron the next day on Saturday 15th of November. It was a pleasant, friendly and accommodation experience from the start. Aaron understood my situation and along with the dealership, worked with me to make the numbers work to get in a beautiful Honda Civic Sport Hybrid in sand dune. They were straightforward and seemed truly motivated to help me. I was able to test drive the two cars to help me make my decision. The process was smooth and fast. Meeting with the fiance rep Vincent was also very professional, transparent and enjoyable. Vincent understand how much this car meant to my life and really did a great job in closing down the deal and making things happen. This car is life changing for me. It allows me to get to my job, take car of my family and life. Vincent, Aaron and Fasuto did a fabulous job from first contact to driving out the lot. AutoNation Honda and these group of employees were the only dealer in Tucson/Phoenix that truly wanted to help me take my life to that next level. I even had a brief panic attack a couple of hours after purchase and Aaron, Fasuto and Vincent showed compassion and understanding which went a long way in making me feel better. If there is some sort of AutoNation.Honda company/employee recognition, all three of these gentleman deserved to be recognition for going above and beyond in delivering outstanding service, professionalism and community caring. This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

Enjoyed working with Mary as our sales rep and Armando in Finance. Felt like a valuable customer. Very attentive and helped us get a reduction in price.

Very helpful and friendly. Everything was done that I asked to be repaired. The price of the repairs was a lot less than I expected. I was was very happy and pleased with the cost and service.

They were trying to find the right fit for me , as far as what I wanted. I'm sure I'll see what happens later on. I want all the best information they can gather.
