This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

I thought this car would be too small, but the interior is surprisingly roomy. The feel of it is great. The whistles and bells are wonderful and it fits great in my garage! Only had it a few days, but loving it.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. I will start with, if you live in Indianapolis, Indiana area, and want a Mini, you have to stop in and buy one from Presley. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with. Strong handshake and a big smile. And she knows the cars very well and will work with you to find what you like and will ask you questions that will make you think of thing you did not realize you wanted in a car. I came in two days ago after leasing a car from another place that was a very very bad experience. I spoke to her about the car I was looking at and said I needed to wait until the end of November when my lease of the other car was complete. She said ok and let me test drive the Mini Countryman. Great Car by the way and super lux inside to me. After she asked me more about what was going on and after the conversation she said ok here is my card and give me a call when you are ready. I went home and by the time I got home she sent me a text and said that she was working out a deal for me to get out of my bad situation and in the car I wanted. So she worked it out where they made me a deal that I could not refuse. It was a great deal and today, after thinking it over for one day, I was like I am going to buy a Mini. She made it where I was able to get the car I wanted and get out of the other car and did not do the car salesperson trick where you think you are getting a deal and is not. I actually got the deal she stated I would get. I do not have that feeling I normally get after buying a car. That feeling of (what did I just do???). And the paperwork process was quick. Asked me some information and sent a link to a secure site to start the credit application and stuff before getting there. I have to say that I was very pleased overall with the process of getting the car. This would be the only time that I have purchased a car and did not leave with a headache.

This my second Cooper S Countryman ALL4. My first I had for only two months, a 2013. I was T-boned in an intersection by a BMW X2 Hit with such force that both vehicles were non repairable. I walked away from what could have been a disaster. I absolutely love my 2017 Countryman S it is yards above the 2013 in every category. I am perplexed about the lack of satellite radio and other electronic features but I still love this car. Great build quality and styling for the used price of a 4 year old Hyundai or Kia. I'm glad I purchased again.

My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! I loves mini, its simple cute and small car but has power. And the space isnt too bad. The gas consumption is also not much. A bit expensive for maintaining but its worth it.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Typically don't write reviews, but buying from here was a relief compared to the other dealerships I went to on the same day. I didn't go through a telecom service, the salesman Lisandio contacted me directly, and gave me any information he could when I asksed. When we were done and I said I'd like to look at other offers, he said cool, let me know if your still interested. I went to Echo Park next. They tried to pressure me into buying, could barely tell me anything about the vehicle, the vehicle was in bad shape, and all service was automated in a bad way where you get left wondering if anything is happening. So I went back to Schomp, Lisandio had got me financing despite the car being older than 10 years, he walked me through everything. Schomp also did more service work on the vehicle too, new brakes and tires.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.
