Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. Rick Gross was our salesperson. He did a wonderful job explaining every aspect of our purchase. I've had mine for 6 years now and 43k miles. Bought since brand new. No regrets. Great on snow! Perfect size and power for city driving. It's been trouble free so far.

I had been looking for a great SUV and I finally found one that I liked more than the Honda CRV. The Outlander is bigger, but so comfortable and easy to maneuver. It’s a great traveling vehicle. Great on gas too! If you are looking for an SUV that has 4WD, great on gas and easy to drive, the Mitsubishi Outlander is the vehicle for you!

I bought the car with 90,000 on the odometer. The car, when got on it hard, would start hesitating, and struggle to accelerate. The CVT transmission is defiantly a critter to get used to. The biggest negative thing I found about the car is that it noisy on the interstate. A lot of road noise in the cab to the point I have to turn the radio way up! After repairing the hesitation issue, and ignoring the CVT quirks, the car is very reliable.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

I’ve always been treated very good there. Especially by Todd. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from Todd, and even if there is an issue, he takes care of it. I’m sure I will purchasing another one shortly. Thanks Todd!

Excellent value for dollar spent.. you get same or better features and performance for $10000 less than small Honda and Toyota SUV's and a much better warranty. i would recommend this car to anyone. Has great heater/AC and handles like a dream. Very tight controlled ride without being harsh. All wheel drive really impressed last winter in the ice and snow of Alberta

We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

I bought this car for work. It’s been a month and I’ve been very happy with it! It’s far more comfortable than my truck, and the fuel mileage is great. I just drove 11 hours up to Maine and the car averaged 27 mpg. Inside is basic on my model, but it serves it’s purpose well!
